dedicated to mj, sarah, maria and caitlyn! ur all great! enjoy ... its now my 4th week of school and michael and i are gettin on really well, iv met the jackson 5 and its all good. were on our way home as usual. ME:do u have practice tonight? MICHAEL:no, i dont think so. ME:cool, i was just wondering if u wanna come round for tea. MICHAEL:sounds good thanks! ME:my mum wont mind, she always lets u come round! we walk some more until we get to my house. ME:(opening the door) WE'RE BACK!! MUM:why we're? who else is here? ME:yes. michael is here. he's staying for tea if thats ok? MUM:yes thats fine. ME:ok well were gonna go upstairs. MUM:yeah ok. ME:urgh im SO hungry! MICHAEL:me t... (stomach rumbling) ME:(laughing) dont worry, tea will be ready soon. mum knows i can only go so long without food! MICHAEL:(laughing) ur really funny. ME:what? its true! i cant go more than 3 hours without food! MICHAEL:lacey! u had half a sandwich on the way home! ME:so! all this eating doesnt make me fat (looking at my tummy) so i just eat whenever i get hungry! we talked for about half an hour and then tea was ready! ME:FINALLY!! (running down the stairs) MUM:calm down honey! ME:mum im starving! MICHAEL:so am i! we sat down at the table and started eating and i was so hungry i was finished in about 20 mins and so was michael! 6 MONTHS LATER. iv just got home from school and my dad is home like he always is when hes not working. DAD:hi. ME:(not hearing him so not answering) DAD:i said hello. ME:HELLO! sorry i didnt hear you! DAD:(in an angry tone) well then you should have been listening shouldnt you!? ME:well maybe you should speak louder! DAD:i shouldnt have to! ME:whatever dad! and with that i stormed upstairs in a mood. ME:(thinking) URGH!! WHY IS HE SO FREAKIN ANNOYING?! HE DRIVES ME INSANE!!!!!! i was starting to get really angry now, so i stormed out the house and went across the road to michaels. KNOCK KNOCK... KNOCK KNO... KATHERINE:hi lacey, how are you today? ME:(holding back my rage and faking a smile) fine thanks, you? KATHERINE:im fine thanks. your here for michael im guessing. ME:yes please. KATHERINE:well, you know where to find him. (stepping aside) ME:thank you! i went straight upstairs and knocked on michaels door. at this point im so angry im about to cry. its a stupid thing to cry over but i was just so annoyed that my anger turned to tears. i knocked about 6 times. MICHAEL:who is it? ME:lace. MICHAEL:come in. i opened the door faster than he'd even said 'come in' and then i ran to him and fell into his arms. MICHAEL:whats wrong? ME:(a few tears roll down my face and my voice is shaking) ugh ... its just my dad is so frustrating, and i know its nothing compared to what you go thru but i just need to see you. MICHAEL:aww, well im always here for you. i let go of him and looked at him. he was looking deep into my eyes. i was already lost in his! all of a sudden i felt ok again. by this time i'd had tears and mascara streaming down my face and i looked awful! and just when i thought michael was starting to like like me! ME:michael? do you like me? MICHAEL:obviously or else i wouldnt of let u in and cry on me for the past half an hour! ME:not like that, i mean, like like... MICHAEL:honestly? ...(blushing) yes, alot...i liked you on the first day i met you, when we hugged that day i just felt so happy inside. ME:really? i felt the same way too. MICHAEL:so? will you be my girl. ME:(taking both his hands) it would be my pleasure. we were sitting cross-legged on michaels bed face to face. then michael leaned in and kissed me, before we got into it i pulled away and shut the door with my foot. ME:im not ready to tell them just yet. MICHAEL:me neither, well, not today anyway. then he leaned in and kissed me again. it was like he was kissing me from all the times he'd wanted to but he couldnt because he didnt have the courage, and to be honest, i dont know where i found the confidence to ask michael if he liked me in a boyfriend way! ME:(pulling away from the kiss) im so glad were finally together. MICHAEL:me too, what about the media? ME:what about them. MICHAEL:well were gonna be going places together arnt we so theyre gonna see us. ME:hmm, im not sure. i dont even know how im gonna tell my mum and my irritated dad! to be continued ... sorry it was rubbish. :) -lilly-jay
