The "L" Word........Part 4

So thatâ??s exactly what I did. Saturday was Valentineâ??s Day. So I went to the shop and bought a Valentine card and a box of chocolates. I got another sunflower and jumped onto my bike. I sped down to Tianaâ??s house and knocked on the door. Tiana opened the door in her tank top and shorts looking only half-awake.

Tiana: (Quiet voice) Hi.
Me: Hi. Iâ??m really sorry. You have no idea how much I feel like a jerk. Please forgive me.
Tiana: I forgive you. Want to come inside?
Me: Iâ??d love to.

We walk in and thereâ??s a smell of freshly baked cinnamon rolls and orange juice radiating throughout the house.

Me: Mm something smells nice.
Tiana: Oh yeah thatâ??s my mom making breakfast. You have to try a cinnamon roll, theyâ??re dee-lish.
Me: Great.

So we had some breakfast and went into her room. It was really pretty, there were butterflies and purple everywhere it was hard to not love purple and butterflies. Tiana seemed embarrassed though. Her face went bright red and she shyed in the corner.

Tiana: Sorry â??bout the mess.
Me: Hahaha I live in Marlonâ??s room, this is NOTHING.
Tiana: Oh yeah I remember. Bahahaa. 
Me: (serious and blushing) Tiana, todayâ??s Valentineâ??s Day and I really like you and I would like you to be my Valentine. (Turns away in embarrassment)

All of a sudden I feel arms around my waist. I turn my head to the side and feel Tianaâ??s soft lips press against mine. My first kiss.
It starts out soft and eventually I turn around and it becomes harder. I hold Tiana around her waist and she hooks her arms around my neck. Tianaâ??s lips part for just a second and I seize the opportunity. I brush my tongue along the edges of her lips and my tongue enters her mouth.
We kiss passionately for a couple of minutes (Thatâ??s long in kissing time ;P). We eventually pull away and smile.

Tiana: Youâ??re a really great kisser Michael.
Me: Thanks. So are you.
Tiana: (nudges me playfully) Wanna go to the park and eat these? (points to the chocolates)
Me: Mm yes that will be awesome!

After Tiana shoves on some clothes (I mean, lol she had PJs on and she put clothes on, so no she wasn't naked), we walk there holding hands. This is so cool.

We sit in the shade of the trees and eat the chocolates. Weâ??re laughing and Iâ??m feeling on top of the world.

Tiana: Throw them and see if they land in my mouth?
Me: Hahaha okay letâ??s see shall we?

I throw one and she catches it in her mouth. She throws one and it bounces off my nose.

Me: No fair! Youâ??re just a bad throw!
Tiana: Oh am I? Take. That. Back.
Me: Make me.

I get up and start running. She takes off her shoes and chases me. Boy, sheâ??s fast. 
Wait? Whereâ??d she go? I turned around and smiled.
Me: I know youâ??re hiding.
Tiana: Yeah. But where?
Me: Umm.

All I can see are trees. Sheâ??s probably hiding behind one. I start searching. I watch, amazed as Tiana jumps off the highest one.

Me: You climbed that?
Tiana: No I took the elevator.
Me: Youâ??re silly boy.
Tiana: Thatâ??s Mrs. Boy to you!
Me: (Kisses her for a minute out of nowhere) 
Tiana: Whoa where did that come from? (smiles)
Me: Youâ??re just so darn cute.
Tiana: Mm same can be said about you.
Me: (Kisses her hand) Youâ??re everything I want in a girl. (Kisses her shoulder) Youâ??re smart. (Kisses her neck) Youâ??re a tomboy but still girly. (Kisses her cheek) I can be myself around you. (Kisses her mouth) Youâ??re sexy.
Tiana: Ditto Michael.

**Monday

Iâ??m head over heels in love. I finally understand those old romantic movies when the man travels across the world just to see, just to touch, just to kiss the woman. I understand that now.

Iâ??m coming to school to show Tiana these tickets I got to see the Bee Gees in concert. When we were at the park, she mentioned that they were her favourite band (Other than the Jackson Five). I find Tiana at school talking with these other people who I donâ??t recognize. I tap her shoulder and she turns around surprised. But something doesnâ??t look right about her. Her eyes have changed colour. They used to be a dark green, but now they look more bluish.

Me: Hey did you get contacts?
Tiana: Michael Jackson?
Me: Hahaha, guess what I got. I got Bee Gees tickets. You and me are going this Friday night.

I place the tickets in her hand and I close her fingers around them. Her skin feels different. Is that possible?

Tiana: Oh! Um, okay? That sounds likeâ?¦fun?
Me: I wrote my number on the back. Call me.

I turn away and smile to myself. Tito really knows the ladies enough to give great advice.
