Me and Michael's Story 2

As i left off i was at rehearsal and was walking out the door when michael grabbed my hand and whispered in my ear.

Michael:Hey, where you going?

Me:Oh,im sorry, i have to go somewhere. I have a meeting with someone.

Michael was still holding my hand and whispering very quietly.

michael:oh well, you have my private number right.

Me: yeah but why are you whispering?

michael:i dont want anybody else to know my brothers are blabber mouths and are always up in my space i dont want them to know that i like you.

I tried not to blush but i couldn't help it my mouth was slightly open because i knew where this was going.

michael: call me whenever you get a chance. I really would like to go out with you. I'm sorry I'm just so shy. that was really hard.

Me: no its okay i'll call you later

Michael: Ok bye.

Michael looked around and made sure no one was looking and pecked me on the cheek.

On the way home I was completey silent and speechless. He had actually had asked me out.and to think I thought i was ugly. He kissed me on the cheek! I wanted to call him but I was nervous. I'm not sure if I should. My mom dosen't want me in any relationships right now and especially someone who is you know, black.
