My True MJ Story VII
I was grateful to have Michael's chauffer to drive me home after the night we both had. I was in no condition to drive myself. My whole world as I knew it was about to change immensely. Michael and I are going to get married. We have decided against eloping like his brother Marlon had done. But instead, we have chosen to have a ceremony and reception. When I arrived home, I told my parents and the rest of my family the good news. They knew I had a friendship with Michael but they had no idea that it would have led to something like this and so soon. My parents expressed concern but I told them not to worry. I told them that Michael was the sweetest, most caring man ever and he was in love with me. He was everything I could hope for and not to mention the greatest entertainer of ALL time. Besides, I was 23 years old and I knew what I was doing. The following day, Michael and I speak to Katherine and Joseph. His mother is pleased. Joseph says, "Michael do what you want to do. But I don't know why you want to get married now. Your new album Thriller is about to be released and you really don't have time for a relationship right now. Maybe later, but not now." "I don't care Joseph", Mike says, "I love her and I want to be with her." "Well, like I said Michael, you do what you want to do but I think it's too soon." "Joe leave these young people alone. Michael is a grown man and a multi-millionaire. It's time for him to have something good and normal in his life. Leave them alone." Katherine scolds. Joseph leaves the room in a huff. "I'm sorry baby" Michael tells me, "It's not your fault." I tell Michael and Katherine that I am a much stronger woman than that and I know it is not my fault. "This is not a time where anyone is at fault. Joseph will come around, you'll see". I say. The next few weeks, I find myself planning our wedding. Michael has told me that I can have anything I want. I never thought about that. Never since I've met Michael have I considered that he was a millionaire. Money had never entered my mind. I just wanted to be with him. He was just my Michael. Michael Jackson from Gary,Indiana. He holds me in his arms,I say,MJ,I want a smallweddingwith only family and close friends invited, no celebrities,no Liz Taylor, no media, nothing. Just us and family." I remind MJ that it is his wedding as well and that he should have some input though. He tells me that the only thing he would like is for the ceremony to take place in natural surroundings as he is a great lover of nature. "Otherwise plan your dream wedding.Surprise me" he tells me. Michael follows through for us and finds the perfect place for our ceremony. It is beautiful and we set the date for the wedding to take place in the next 4 weeks. The next 4 weeks pass in a blink of an eye. Michael has been working so hard perfecting his new album Thriller. He really believes that this album will be the beginning of something big. He really loves what he has done. I have not seen much of him because he has been working so hard but we talk every night on the phone and he has played some of the songs for me. I think he is right about this album. Before the wedding, the Motown Anniversary takes place and Michael tells me he doesn't want to do the show. I tell him that he should. Not only will it be a smart move for him to promote Thriller but it will give him a chance to reunite for old times sake with his brothers. "Our lives are changing Michael and I hope for the better" I tell him. "I see nothing but good things ahead." I attend the Motown Anniversary with Michael. No one knows that I am his fiance. We have chosen to keep it quiet. Michael and I are both very private people. My fiance is on top of his game tonight. The performance with his brothers brought back feelings of the good old days when they were the Jackson 5. Michael has insisted that he perform one of his new songs and when he does, I know that my baby has had a break through. He was no longer the teen idol but a grown, phenomenal sex symbol. I am so proud. Is it really me who is marrying this man 2 days from now? The morning of our wedding arrives. Michael has chosen an old historic home in the Pasadena area of Los Angeles for our wedding venue. It is hidden and very private. No one knows about the wedding and all invited were asked to not speak of it to anyone. When I arrived, it was if I was just visiting and there was no paparazzi around. Our guests had done a good job of keeping it quiet. The house is designed like an italian villa with arched doors and windows. It has green vines crawling up the sides of the walls outside. The garden outside my dressing room has a flawless green lawn and all kinds of pastel colored flowers surrounding it. The grounds are expansive and there is a natural pond and creek bubbling near where our ceremony will take place. It is near the pond where we will celebrate our marriage afterwards. There is seating for about 150 people, all of them coming are mostly family and there is a little room for good friends. The seats face a pergola covered with green leaves and big, fluffy roses, peonies and lisanthius flowers. I am in my dressing room surrounded by my mom, Katherine, my sisters and Michael's sisters. I don't need much help getting dressed because I am a simple girl. They are there for support. My dress is the slightest of pink. The pink is so pale, it is almost white. It is short and to my knees. It has a tight fitting bodice and it is strapless. the bottom flares out ballerina style and is made of tulle. My shoes are high heeled sandals with the straps covered in white, glittery stones. My hair is done with soft bangs and a big cluster of curls pinned at the top of my head. I am about to put on my jewlery when there is a tap on the door. LaToya opens it up. It is Jackie. Jackie enters and he is carrying a small silver bag. "A present for you from Michael." I look inside and there is a box and a small card that says "For the lady in my life on our special day. I love you, Michael". I open the box and inside is a pair of beautiful pear-shaped diamond earringss, each one 2 carats. There is also a matching diamond bracelet. God, I love this man! I put them on and I am ready to get married. Our wedding begins and there are no bridesmaids or grooms. We have just a maid of honor and a best man. My older sister and his older brother. I hear the small quartet I hired playing softly. They are playing "Happy" a song Michael sang when he was younger. I walk down the aisle and I see my man waiting there for me. He looks incredibly handsome in his black, Calvin Klein black label tuxedo. His tie matches my pale pink dress and he has a pale pink rose in his lapel. He is simply lovely. We exchange vows and rings. I have chosen a whitegold band for Michael and he has chosen a diamond encrusted band for me. When it is time to kiss, we kiss modestly but all can feel our passion for each other. Michael and I leave the ceremony to change for the wedding party. Our guests are walking to the area for cocktails before the real pary starts. Michael and I share a room to change. He changes into a more casual but tailored black suit with a pale blue shirt and no tie. I surprise him with whitegold cuff-links engraved with his initals. My dress is another strapless dress made for dancing. It has a full skirt and is not traditonal. It has multi-colored swirls in the fabric. I undo the pins in my hair and let my curls tumble down. I am ready to party with my new husband. We enter the reception area hold hands and our family and friends cheer. The music begins and everyone heads for the dance floor. Michael and I dance as if we are two teens at the prom. Everyone has a great time. There is good food, great people and great music. In the middle of the party, Michael sings to me. He sings, "I Can't Help it" a song written by Stevie Wonder who is among the well-wishers because he is a close friend of Michael's. We dance some more and Michael and I have our wedding dance. We do a sassy, sexy choreographed ballroom cha cha that we worked on together and everyone is impressed. Before all is over Michael and I say goodbye to everyone and amidst hugs and kisses, we leave. We are ready for our honeymoon. We are staying at the villa for the night and as soon as we reach our bedroom, we are all over each other. I step away from him and unzip my dress and let it fall. The music is dyingfrom the reception and our guests are probably drifting out but it doesn't matter. Nothing does but right now. There is no need for a negligee because Michael will never see it. I walk over to him and take his his shirt and jacket off. I hold him firmly by his small waist and kiss his neck and chest. Nothing is going to hold us back tonight. I unzip his pants and they drop to floor. He steps out of them and picks me up. I am in my bra and panties and he carries me to the bed. Michael is very adept at undressing me the rest of the way and we finally give ourselves to each other. He whispers in my ear that he will be gentle with me and he is. He is an amazing lover and knows how to please a woman (if you know what I mean). We make love all night and when we wake up, we do it again. We spend another day and night at the villa before taking a private jet to Tahaiti for a honeymoon. Life is good. THE END This is the end of My True MJ Stories. I may come back and start at another point in Michael's life. He has been gone a year and I miss him so much as I know you readers do. I still hope I will be able to make amends for not taking the opportunities that God had blessed me with to actually get to know Michael personally. Believe me, I am living with the biggest regret ever. It is heartbreaking. Maybe, like I said before, God will give me another chance in another lifetime if that is all possible. Thanks Samone, LaPortia and others for reading!
