Chapter 1:People Don't Understand *The year 1962* My Name is Paula Stan,and i'm 13 years old.I go to Howard Herkman High and that school is the best thing that ever happen to me,I really love all my friends and my friends love me back.But the real thing that people don't understand me is,i can really sing.My parents think i can sing,even my best friend Gina Simpson,she really think's i can sing.One time i sanged in front of the whole school for the school's New Year's Eve party,and everybody thought that i can sing,but really i want a record deal with Motown records.But then i seen a man with a brief case showed up to my school and he as asked me do i want record deal.
