I DIDNT KNOW HIM OVER THE YEARS

And Im quite embaressed and slightly ashamed of that. At 15, my first music video was a rap vid. I thought that was cool and I wonder what that toddler wouldve thought of quality like You Rock My World. To me, Michael Jackson was just there and I was aware he was a legend and how he influenced all our favorites artists today. What I didnt realise was how big of an influence he was but I was yet to find out on 25 June 2009. Before people would quit making fun, an angel had to die. Before the greatest entertainer was fully recognized, a legend had to die. Before more people acknowledge that he was a misunderstood humanitarian and not a child molester, the greatest entertainer had to die. I used to google him last year and gain knowledge of his life. As I dug deeper, I found out I was IGNORANT. Like some people are even almost a year later. I guess theyre right when they say you never know a good till its gone.                             REST IN PEACE MICHAEL JACKSON. YOU ARE IN A BETTER PLACE THAN HERE.
