Never Assume Things Part 1

Hey it's Yaz Jennell's Sister anyways starting a new story cause I felt like it..--

The Year is 1971 September 1st Me and Michael(Jackson)have been best friends since we were five..We go to a private school..Seventh grade starts tomorrow.Today me and Michael rode bikes around town now we are eating ice cream under our fave tree..I all of a sudden get this feeling that I should kiss him..im just staring at him eating his ice cream..

Me:hey mike?
Michael:yeah?(looking at me)
Me:nothing...

I wish he would look at me the way I look at him,I don't see the child Michael no more I see the grown cute Michael...weird I just keep wondering if he feels the same way I do about him..

Me:Michael you got ice cream on your face..
Michael:oh were(whipping his face)is it off?
Me:(giggling)yeah..

We finish our ice cream then he takes me to my house we say our good byes and I watch him peddle down to his house I go up to my room and pick out my back to school outfit...I'm one of the cool girls actually everyone follows what I do anyways so that didn't bother me that much about fitting in I called Alicia my bestie,I had to tell her how I felt

Me:hey Allie(her nickname)
Alicia:hey whats up?
Me:oh nothin I have a little crush..
Alicia:who?
Me:well I didn't start feeling this way until like a few months ago..
Alicia:who is it girl?
Me:Michael
Alicia:you guys been friends forever and you never like him
Me:I know I couldn't belive what I was feeling
Alicia:what you gonna do?
Me:well I'm gonna just see how things go..
Alicia:okay..my moms calling me so I have to go see you at the bus stop

We hang up and I get ready for bed..While I lay there I was worried if Michael would walk my to the bus stop like he always does..That morning I ate my breakfast got dressed and waited outside to see if I could see Michael walking to my house I waited along time and Michael never came so I walked to the bus stop alone..Alicia was there with a group of my friends chatting I walked up to them..behind thme to the far right I saw Michael and a couple of other boy that I've never seen before..on the bus I sat with Alicia in the way back were the cool kids sat Michael sat a few seats infront if me

Me:Allie Michael didn't walk me to the bus stop
Alicia:and..
Me:well he always did...
Alicia:oh..maybe he wants to hang out with the guys..
Me:I hope he hasn't forgot about me
Alicia:of course not

Me and Alicia had lockers close to each other..and we had most of our periods together..In homeroom Michael sat be hind me and Alicia and Miranda sat next to me..Michael kept kicking my chair..an kicking it and kicking..

Me:MICHAEL STOP KICKING MY CHAIR
Michael:damn sorry(other guys giggling)
Me:it's not funny michael
Michael:never said it was

I could see him smerking even though I was in front of him I knew him like my fave book...Luch came after 4th period I sat with Alicia,Miranda,Jullie,Rachel,and Michael and his gur friends...We talked about the dance coming up in a couple of weeks I had a person in mind that I wanted to go with the day went fast and after I got off the bus Michael walked with me home

Me:so have anyone in mind that you gonna ask to the dance?
Michael:well had one in mind..Sarah the new girl..
Me:(heart almost stops beating)oh cool I have my eye on Danny(complete lie)
Michael:cool I know he'll say yes

We got to my house and he said bye and walked to his house I went to my room and almost cryed my eyes out..
