Leave Me Alone - Part 8
Yenaeya looked at the road ahead. She started screaming. "TURN THE WHEEL! TURN THE WHEEL! STEP ON IT! MOVE IT!" Wow. She made it sound so easy. I accelerated and span the wheel around quickly. Unfortunately, through the panic of the moment, I had forgotten to use my indicators to tell other drivers what I was doing... I moved into the other side of the road quickly, so quickly I didn't notice the car. Speeding. "Watch OUT!! GET IN THE OTHER LANE AGAIN! OR WHATEVER JUST MOVE THERE'S A CAR RIGHT BEHIND YOU!" I looked behind me, but it was too late. The car crashed into us. ******************** I opened my eyes. I could only see a blurry image of something green... I squinted and realised it was a doctor. I tried to move my left arm. Just a little pain. I moved my right hand. "AAAH!" I screeched. "Watch that arm!" the doctor laughed. "Why?" I demanded. "Don't you remember, at the scene, your arm had broken!" Hm, at the scene. Only too well. Gee, did I remember the time... The car had come straight into the back of us. My head banged against the wheel and my arm, well, somehow it had gotten broken by the seatbelt. They told me it was because I hadn't put it on properly. I couldn't move, and the misplaced seatbelt was trapping me. I also couldn't ignore the fact that my sister was screaming... Screaming... And then she stopped. Wouldn't talk. I tried to ask her if she was OK but she didn't talk... I couldn't even turn around to see if she was alright. Well, I did... In the end. I forced my way from the belt with my hands to get there. Something gorey happened with my bone. In the end I just turned my head around... With the huge headache. After I called 911. I could just see her arm. It looked fine, in place... As if she hadn't moved at all. Eventually the ambulance arrived. I was the first to be taken out of the vehicle. As they were doing so I could see how my sister was. I turned my head around. And I will never possibly forget the sight I saw. TO BE CONTINUED................................................................................... &hearts VOTE! &hearts
