Mom: Hey Bianca. Hello Michael. Happy anniversary! Dad: Hey lovebirds. (sees joe) Joe! I re-wired the- Me: Hey mom, dad. Mom: Have you seen Kathy anywhere? Michael: I think she's inside making a salad. Mom: Ooh. Bianca, I made your favourite. Guess. Me: Lemme see, ooh. Potato salad? Mom: Yepp. I gotta go show Kathy. (walks away) Michael: I love your parents. They make me laugh. Me: (laughing with him) How so? Michael: They are always so determined. Remember when your mom asked us if we'd like a drink at her house and I said yes?... Me: Haha don't remind me! You just wouldn't listen! Michael (laughing hard)...You told me to say no! She spent two hours in the kitchen whippng up the most over-the-top drink! I thought she meant a water! Hahaha! Me: Hehe. Aw, I think she was a bit starstruck. You can't blame her. Michael: I'm not blaming her! That's why I love them. They'd do anything for you, you know that right? Me: (hugging him) You are such a loosah. But that's why I love you. We made dinner and everyone sat outside on THE most comfortable chairs out the back. My older sister Chantelle even made a suprise visit with her 2 year old daughter Halle. I was having a great time and the food was great. After dinner all the kids went into the tv room and watched Michael's vast collection of cartoons. Meanwhile, the adults had drinks out back. Chantelle: So, Michael. I hear you're producing a solo album? Michael: Yes. Bianca named it Off The Wall. Chantelle: Wow! Bianca named it? Me: (smiling really wide) Yep. Michael: Hahaha. She didn't even know she did. Chantelle: Oh. (stands up and clears her throat) Everybody, I'd like to say something. Although he couldn't be here, Eddie sends his love. Mom: Tell him I love him too. Chantelle: Hehehe Kay mom. As I was saying, Eddie is on a buisness trip so he couldn't come. I asked his permission if I could tell you all the good news and he said yes. Everyone, Edward Anthony Arizona and I, Chantelle Lisa Scott are tying the knot this November! Me: Oh that's great news! A few hours later, most adults were a bit tipsy and were getting pretty loud. The only people that weren't drinking was Michael and I. I remembered that the kids were probably asleep so I decided to check on them. Me: Just gunna go check on the kiddies. Do you wanna come? Michael: (holding my hand) If you wish. We got up just as Tito started on the dirty jokes. Seriously, I didn't want a piece of that. Anyway, Janet and Randy were asleep and were in charge of looking after the younger ones. Janet was 12 and was starting to look like a beautiful young woman. When we walked into the tv room, we saw Rebbie's children, Stacee and Yashi. Jackie's son Siggy. Tito's 3 boys Taj, TJ and Taryll. Jermaine's children, Jermaine Jr. and Autumn and Marlon's children, Valencia and Brittany. They were all asleep. Michael walked up to Janet and Randy and whispered. Michael: (whispering) Guys, do you wanna go to your bed or sleep out here? Randy: Bed. Janet: (groggy) Bed. Michael helped them to bed as I quietly picked up the scraps of lollies and chocolate wrappers left around the kids. I went out to the cupboard and got a couple of mattresess, blankets and pillows. Michael and I lifted each one onto either a mattress or a couch. I tucked in the older ones while Michael bottlefed the babies. Me: Aww look at him. Michael: Can you tell who this is? Me: Of course. It's TJ. Michael: You're good. How do you know? Me: They're like family. I just know. Michael: Huh...How did you know where the mattresses were? Me: This place is like home. I just know.
