Music, Me and Michael Jackson (Part 18)
HEY GUYS welcome back to my story!! This part is gonna fast forwarded okay? Id like to dedicate this part to my friend Abby and to the amazing Michael Jackson. ENJOY!! ------------------------------------------------------------------ Its been 4 years since Michael and i had our first date and first kiss (we're both 18 too). We've been dating that ENTIRE time. At first i wanted our relationship to be private, not public. But a year later i realized that it wouldnt work like that so i told Michael that it was okay to tell the paparazzi. I feel bad for all the young girls who LOVE Michael but thats just life. We told the rest of our families that we were dating. Some were happy some were angry and some were shocked. Its been an up-and-down relationship for the whole time we've been dating. Right now its down. Me: I cant believe you left me there having to deal with paparazzi Michael! How could you! Michael: I dont know okay! Geez! Calm down for once! Since YOU decided it was right to tell the public that we're a couple, its been like this! Me: Well how were we SUPPOSED to keep this a secret! We're followed EVERYWHERE! Did you want them to find out on their own and make up garbage about it?!?! NO! Michael: You know what why dont we just end this Rachel. Me: Fine i need some space anyways see you later! Michael: No i mean end THIS! We should find other people to date! Do you understand? Huh? Was he breaking up with me? I stopped yelling and started thinking. Finally i answered. Me: Michael. Michael: *takes a deep breath* Yes? Me: I first wanna say sorry. Michael: Okay? Me: And i also wanna say that youre right. Michael: Huh? Me: Yes youre right Michael. We should start dating other people. I mean i know how hard it is that we've been dating for such a long time now and its good to take a break. Michael: So...we're taking a break? Me: Yes. I dont know how long but when we feel its right to get back together we'll know. Right? Michael: Yes exactly. So what should we do now? Me: Umm i guess i'll head back to my room. Michael: Ok uh see you later? Me: Uh ya see ya. Michael and i were about to kiss, then realized that we're no longer a couple, then we were going to hug (but that was just as uncomfortable) so we gave each other a hand shake. I left his room and walked back to mine (we're in Miami BTW.) Josephine: Hey Rachel. So hows Mike? Did you guys make up? Me: Good and no we didnt we broke up. Josephine: WHAT!?! To her that was like a volcano erupting, a hurricane hitting, a tornado spinning (you get the point) cuz Michael and i have known each other since 1969 and its 1976 (aka 7 years) and her mind couldnt understand that. I head over to my room and someone knocks on the door. Me: COME IN!! Tanya: Hey. Me: Hey whats crackin'? Tanya: Nothing. Uhh you got a letter today. Me: Cool Tanya: *hands me the letter* So Josephine told me what happened with you and Mike. Me: Uh huh. Tanya: Did you really break up? Me: Ya so? Tanya: SO! Youve been going out for 4 years! Me: I know but we decided that we wanted to take a break thats all. Tanya: For how long? Me: Who knows. Tanya: So are you upset? Me: Do i look upset? Tanya: Well no but.. Me: Then im not upset. Case closed. Now if you dont mind i want to read my letter in private. Tanya: Ok see ya. Tanya leaves and i open the letter. "Dear Rachel, How are you (and Michael)? Its been 2 and a half years since we've seen each other and that was when my family came down to your home in Encino. Tina told me earlier today that she was going to be visiting Emily in a few monthes. I asked her why and she said that you guys get to have a break. When i heard that i just screamed and i started writing this letter. Funny huh? So right when she told me about your break a bell goes off in my head. I get the idea of you coming to visit here in Wisconsin! Wouldnt that be fun? That way you can meet my boyfriend Eric and meet all my friends. Plus you can see Mom and Dad (aka your Uncle Bob and Aunt Midge) When i asked if you could come visit they said it was fine with them. They also called up Aunt Marie and Uncle Phillip (aka your Mom and Dad) and asked it it was alright for you to come up here. Your parents said yes and youre welcome to come! Youre allowed to be here for AS LONG AS YOU WANT!! Please call me once youre done reading this letter and we can discuss the details. With love, Donna" I was SO excited Donna had been writing to me about her boyfriend Eric for MONTHS! She is head-over-heels for him and she has written about all of her friends too. Let me see there's Jackie, Hyde, Kelso, and Fez (weird nicknames for those last 3 huh!) I had my answer for her offer on me coming to visit. I grabbed the telephone and dialed her home phone number. RING-RI ???: Hello? Me: Donna? Donna: Speaking whos this? Me: Youre favorite cousin thats who! Donna: RACHEL YOU CALLED!! So do you wanna come? Me: Actually....no Donna: WHAT! WHY NOT!! Me: *laughing* Donna: Rachel! This isnt funny! Me: It is to me! Im just kidding! Of course i'll come! Donna: OH MY GOD REALLY!! Me: Duh! Its been 2 and a half years! I dont want it to be three! Donna: Cool! So when do you wanna come up? Me: Uhh probably in December. Donna: Okay. Cool. Wait! Hows Michael? Me: Good Donna: So Annabelle told me you too have been fighting a lot lately. Me: Ya we decided to take a break. Donna: WHAT! Me: Uh huh we're gonna be seeing other people for a while. Donna: Thats CRAZY!! Youve been dating for what? 4 years? Me: Uh huh but now its we WERE dating for 4 years. Donna: That sucks. Well i gotta go i'll keep in touch with you okay? Me: Okay bye Donna! Donna: Bye Rachel! *click* ---------------------------------------------------------------- What did you think? Sorry for breaking Michael and Rachel up but its gonna get WAY more interesting later!! Once again I hope you realize that Donna is from "That 70s Show" and i put it in the story cuz i love the show. I hope you liked this part. PLZ VOTE!! I want AT LEAST 10. BYE!!
