Another Part Of Me - Part 4

"What the hell is this all about?" I yelled and held out my arm so that Janet couldn't get past into the living room. Janet just bent under my arm anyway. "Well, there's no need for abuse!" cried Janet. "I'ma try to do you a favour." "What favour? Anyway I don't know you why you come into my home like this?" "Well I am, you know, Michael Jackson's sister so I like, can. Come in, I mean," said Janet. "But, me and Michael don't talk anymore! And just because you're his sister you think you can burst into any house you like!" I protested. "But that's what I'm here to tell you... Just sit down and we'll talk about why I came." "OK," I agreed reluctantly. "Michael is..." "An idiot?" I finished for her. "No! I mean, Michael isn't... he misses you. He is a... He needs you, Britney. He has done nothing but talk about you since he came back from the tour last year. He told me everything. You broke his heart, Britney. He told me to come here because he doesn't know what to do and he is just getting worse!"

"How did you... I mean how did he know where I live?" I asked. "Well, he didn't. He told me your ol' address. I arrived and I knocked on the door and there was no answer. Then I seen the removal van leave. I tried to run after it, but I lost it. So I was on my way back and I seen the same removal stop out by this house. So I, uh..." Janet paused for a second. "Hid in the bush... and waited to see if anyone came out. I seen a man come outta here and I thought it must be the wrong house... but then I saw you waving at him a so I knocked." "OK. Well I have to tell you something."

"What?" she asked. "I do still have feelings for Michael. But I thrown him away and I thought he'd have forgotten by now. So I moved in with my new boyfriend, Thomas." "Well leave him and choose Michael!" said Janet. "I wish it was that easy," I sighed. "I can't hurt Thomas's feelings." "But it isn't fair on Thomas anyhow," Janet persuaded. "No Janet. Who am I kidding. I love Thomas, he loves me, we're moving in, we... I am not interested in Michael. That's it, now. He can send out people all he likes but it won't win me back. I'd at least have some respect for him if he told me himself. Tell him I am not interested in him at all."
Janet walked out and shut the door.

I did it again, I thought to myself.
