Tahlia's Love Story - part 1

Hi everybody!! My name's Tahlia and this is my first story on mjsite!! This might sound like another story but I'll try to make it as unique as possible!! Thanks!!

My name is Tahlia and I'm 23 years old. I have one sister, Tamika. It is 1982 and I have a boyfriend named Robert. Rob and I have been together for five years now and we are a happy couple. I live in Encino, California and I work at a hair salon. One day while I was working, my boss Rebecca got a call from somebody important.

Bec: Hello Hair Care. Rebecca speaking..Yes..Name Please...Oh!....Wow...Um Yes sure....10 minutes...Thankyou..bye!
Me: Becca? Who was that?
Bec: *going all pink* That was Janet Jackson! She will be here for a haircut in 10 minutes.

Rebecca and I are big fans of Michael and Janet Jackson and to be cutting Janet's hair was an honor.

Bec: Tahlia. I know how much you love Janet. What I'm saying is...You can cut her hair if you'd like.
Me: Oh! Thankyou Becca!
Bec: Just PLEASE do a good job!

**10 minutes later

Janet: Hello. I'm booked under the name Janet Jackson.
Bec: Yes. Hello Janet. Follow me...
Janet: *looking around* So who will be cutting my hair today?
Me: I will. Hi! My name's Tahlia Moore. I'm a huge fan!...
Bec: Okay! Okay Tahlia...don't give yourself a heart attack!
Me: Oops! Um..Janet you can take a seat right here. **points to a chair.**
Janet: Thank you. It's always nice to meet a fan of my brothers.
Me: Oh. No, I'm actually a big fan of you as well.
Janet: Really?!
Me: Of course!

We chatted for half an hour until I finished her hair.

Me: So do you like it?
Janet: Ohhh! I love it! I'm definetly coming back next time.
Me: Okay so that will be $5. **whispering** But you can get a 50% discount. So that will be $2.50 (We giggled) 
Janet: Thankyou...So generous! See you next time Tahlia!
Me: Bye Janet!

I spent the rest of the day in a daze.

**2 years later**

Janet came back every time she needed a cut and Becca, Janet and I eventually became really great friends. One day though, she asked Rebecca and I;

Janet: Hey you guys should visit me sometme.
Bec: That would be soo awesome.
Me: Yeah. I would like that.
Janet: How about this Saturday? (today was tuesday)
Me: I'd love to.
Bec: Yeah I'm free.
Janet: So Saturday?
Bec and me: Saturday!

The week went by really fast and before you know it...Saturday.
