Michael The one for me part 3

About 3 months had passed since 'The incident' But I still just couldn't start a relationship with Michael.

Mom:Get the door!
I opened the door and standing there was Kelly!
Kelly:OH MY GOD!I'VE MISSED YOU SO MUCH!
Me:(laughing)I've missed you too Kelly. So why did you decide to come down here anyway?
Kelly:The Spring Fling of course!

The Spring Fling was the school dance. Kelly, my cousin,came down here so she could experience a prom.She had problems with a bully,so she gets home-schooled
Me:They say this is going to be the best one yet.
Kelly:Have you gotton asked yet?
Me:No,I don't need a guy in my life.
Kelly:You need to open yourself up like you used to. Date again!Is there anyone you have your eye on?
My mind immediatly roamed to Michael. But before I could answer, the doorbell rang. I opened the door. Standing there was Michael with A bunch of sweet pink roses.

Michael:Will you go to the Spring Fling with me?
I was thinking about what Kelly said,Open myself up more. I looked over to her,and she was sticking hers thumbs up and smiling. Michael looked over there, and she quickly started picking at her nails.

Me:I would absouloutly love to.
Michael:Great!I'll pick you up at say, 8?
Me:Perfect.bye.
Michael:Goodbye.

The next day me and Kelly were getting ready.I was wearing a short black dress with a blue bow going acress the stomach with blue converses. (lolz) Kelly was wearing a golden dress with silver stilettos. I did Kelly's makeup and she did mine.

The doorbell rang. I got the door and It was Michael. his mouth was wide open. Marlon walked out (he was taking Kelly)and Kelly walked from behind me. And sure enough, both of their mouths were wide open.

Me and Kelly:Close your mouths before a bug flies in one.
They started laughing nervously. Michael took me around to the car and opened the door for me. Marlon did for Kelly too. When we got to the dance, there were mostly fast songs, but then there was a slow song and Michael was nervous, but we made it through. When we made it to my house, Michael leaned in for a kiss, but i leaned away.
Me:Not right this time in my life.
Michael walked off crying. I ran to catch him. 
Me:I forgot to give you something.
I gave him one peck on the lips. He was smiling as he walked away that night
