9th Grade Love & Drama pt 2
Sorry its been a while! For ppl who dont kno me, I'm Arianna. The new girl here lol. How are you guys?? __________ Recap:Michael thinks I'm pretty great! But I'm still shy around him, we were in our 1st period class now. My brother Brandon is one grade ahead of me, so I only see him in the hallways. The class was talking since there was free time. The whole class, except me, moved to different seats because they wanted to sit by there friends. Because of that, I was alone because I had no friends except Janet. Michael wasn't really a friend of mine yet because we barely talk. I was just sitting with my head on the desk, but someone came and sat next to me. ???:Uh... hi? Me:Hi. ???:I'm Destiny btw. Me:Oh, I'm Arianna. Destiny:Oh, that's an ugly name.. Me:(sighing)Uh, okay. Destiny:Oh, I just wanted to tell you this, (pointing to an ugly boy) see that guy over there..? Justin.. Me:Yeah... Destiny:He likes you. (laughing) Me:Um..okay? Destiny:Do you like him back? Me:Not, to be mean, but no. When she was talking to me, I realized the whole group of popular kids were just staring at us, I guess this was some sort of joke? Destiny:Well why not? Me:I just don't. Destiny:But, ugliness and ugliness go together.. Me:(ignores her and put my head back down) Destiny:I think hiding your face is the best thing to do..(laughs and walks away) Oh god, I just got humiliated in front of everyone. Almost everyone is laughing, Michael was too, but not Janet. I know I can take that Destiny girl out but, this is my first day. I can't act up, I'll just let it slide. Janet still looked upset, as Destiny walked to her, Janet grabbed her shirt. Janet:You makin' fun of her? Destiny:Uh, not only me. Everyone over here's talkin' bout her.. Janet:Well she's my friend and I ain't talkin' bout her! Destiny:Okay whatever get off my shirt now.. Janet:No, bitch! You don't understand, if you miss with her, I will knock your ass out. Destiny:Whatever..(walks off) Janet:I swear you just got lucky! Destiny didn't say anything after that. Janet walked towards me, and sat next to me. Janet:Ari, you okay? Me:Yeah, I know I can knock her out but, this is my first day so I'll let it go. Janet:Oh, (giggling)That's what I thought. Me:(giggling too)If I been here long enough for people to know me, trust me I would have gotten up and smacked her so hard it gave her brain damage. Janet:Damn girl! (laughing) I like your style, I thought you were quiet.. Me:(smiling)Only first impressions.. As Janet and I were chatting, some guy made a ignorant comment on me. Guy:That Ariel girl got a nice ass! All boys:(laughing) Janet:(shouting)Leave her the fuck alone, and her name is Arianna! They just laughed among themselves, I guess my only friend here was Janet cause' Michael seemed like a jerk too. Time pass and soon enough, it was time to leave. Janet and I walked together, and I waited for my brother. Janet:Where do you live? Me:Up that block and around the corner. Janet:Really!? Me too! Me:That's great! (smiling) Janet:Yeah, so what you waitin' on? Me:My brother, Brandon. Janet:He's your brother!? Oh my god, he's so cute! You two look alike (smiling) Me:(giggling)Almost all my friends thinks my brother's cute and we get that alot. Janet:Oh look, there he is. Brandon:Yo Ari! Me:What's up Brandon.. Brandon:Hey, tell mom I'm coming home in a few minutes, Im gonna walk with my friend, okay? Me:Alright and wait, this is Janet. Janet, say hi to Brandon. Janet:(blushing)H-hi Brandon.. Brandon:(smiling)Hey Janet. Nice to meet you. Janet:Nice to meet you too. Brand walked off to get his friend as Janet and I walked home, when we reached, she got in her house and I got inside mine and called my boyfriend, Sean, from NYC to see how he's been. *~RING RING~* Sean:Hello? Me:Hey Sean, its Ari. Sean:What's up? Me:Nothing, you? Sean:Things are good, but not the same without you. How was school? Me:School was okay, some girl named Destiny tried to burn me with some dumb joke but you already know me. Sean:You're suspended? Me:No, I would have gotten suspended if I beat her up, but I didn't. I let it go. Sean:I'm proud of you, oh and Arianna..? Me:Yeah..? Sean:Since, we're far away, I think we should probably break up until we sea each other again.. Me:(hurt inside, almost crying)Um, okay. I-I'm fine with that.. Sean:Oh no, are you about to cry? Me:No, no I'm fine.. Sean:Sure? Me:Yeah, I'll uh, I don't know. Bye. I hung up on him, and ran upstairs to my room and cried in my pillow, soon I heard my brother Brandon come in with his friend. They came upstairs, and Brandon knocked on my door. Brandon:Ari, you okay? Me:(crying)GO AWAY! Brandon:I guess not.. (to his friend)You wanna see what's wrong with her? Friend:Uh, You really want me too? Brandon:Yeah, she's quiet around strangers.. Friend:Okay.. That guys voice sound familiar, though all I heard was slurs from behind the door. Then Brandon knocked again. Brandon:Ari, my friend wants to talk to you. Me:(crying)FINE! The door's open! Brandon and his friend walked in, my face was buried in my pillow as I cried. Brandon spoke again.. Brandon:Ari, this is Michael. Me:(looks up)I know him, he's in my class.. Michael:(looks at brandon)It's true. Brandon:I guess this goes well then, meet me downstairs when your done Mike. Michael:Okay. Michael walked towards me and sat on the bed when Brandon left my room, I was crying in my pillow and Michael touched my hair. Me:what was that for? Michael:I'm sorry. What's wrong? Me:Bad breakup. Michael:Ouch. Been there. Me:You were the dumper right? Michael:No, I got dumped. I really liked that girl, and she hurt me. Me:Oh..well, I'm sorry. Michael:I'm sorry about what happened in school, I shouldn't have laughed at all. (sighing)The things people do to fit in these days. Me:You laughed at me, just to fit in with those jerks!? Michael:Well, yeah, sort of. Me:(shakes my head)Wow, I think you should leave now. Michael:Wait, I wanna talk. Me:About..? Michael:You and your life. Me:My life is over. Michael:Don't talk like that, you're only like 14 right? Me:Yeah I am. Michael:I am too, you got your whole life ahead of you. Don't give up now, there's gonna be someone way better for you out there. Me:Oh really? Michael:Yeah, I mean you're a cool person, and you're pretty. Me:(blushes a little)Well, if you say so but, who would like me at all? My boyfriend just broke up with me, and he gives me the lamest excuse in the book! Michael:Look at it this way, who wouldn't like you? Me:Everyone, I guess. Michael:Ari, listen please. Don't let this guy just crush you like that, theres more people out there, like I said before. Me:(smirking)Well, I guess you're right. Michael:You're smiling..Awe! Look at you! Me:(laughing)Haha, stop. Michael:See you're laughing now, that's what I wanna see. I hope I helped. Me:Yeah, you did alot. Thank you.(hugs him) Michael:(hugs me back)You're welcome.. When I was hugging him, it felt like I had another great friend here to stay. When I was parting the hug, he didn't let go of me. I was trying to pull away but I know I wanted to stay there. I tried letting go again, but he would let go of me. Me:Uh, Michael..? Michael:Oh sorry. Got caught up in the moment. Me:I'll say, well aren't you going downstairs now? Michael:Yeah, I guess. Are you coming? Me:No, I'll chill here for a while. Michael:Okay, when you're done, come down. Okay? Me:Mhm. Whoa, Michael was a really nice guy, I never had a friend like him. Even Janet wasn't as nice. I found myself thinking about him all of a sudden, I couldn't be falling for him so quickly, or could I?
