I Wanna Be Where You Are

Hi, my name is Xenia and i've read so many FANTASTIC stories. I have decided to make my own. Here it goes.                                                                    
It was the year 1962, and i was 4 years old living in Gary, Indiana. I live next to this family who is very talented. They must work so hard because everyday all i can here is music blasting from there house. I haven't bothered to go over there though.My name is Xaina Matthews.One day when I was at pre-school learning my shapes, a very sweet boy asked if he could sit with me.

Boy:Hi i'm Micheal. Ummm....could I sit right here?
Me:(looking up from the shape book) Mmmhmm.
Michael:Thank you.
Me:Hey,can I use you scissors?
Michael:Yeah. So what are you lookin' at?(hands me the scissors)
Me:(takes the scissors)Oh i'm gonna cut out some shapes and make a cawd fo' my mommy to tell her t'at I wuv her.
Michael: That sounds fun. Can I do one too?
Me:Yeah. What color paper do you want?
Michael:Purple.
Me:Ok.
Michael:Wait.
Me:Yeah
Michael:Whats your name?
Me:Xaina (pronounced-Zane-a)
Michael:Cool name.
Me: Thanks. (walks off to the paper basket)
My friend Amy walked over to me.

Amy:So what'cha makin'.
Me:A cawd fo' my mommy.
Amy:I wanna make one too.
Me:Ok. You can sit at my table wif me and Michael.We can all make cawds together.
Amy:Ok.
Me and Amy walk over to our table.Me,Michael, and Amy have a really fun day and its time for us to go home now. Me and Amy live right next to each other so we walk home together.Michael has an older brother in kindergarden named Marlon and they walk home together.
Me: Bye Michael. I'll see you tommorow.
Michael:Bye Xaina.
Marlon:C'mon Michael. Mother said if we get home on time, we can make cookies for dessert tonight.
Michael:Ok.
