INVINCIBLE part 1

Hi everybody! This is dedicated to Michael Jackson. R.I.P

July 6th 1978

My name is Samantha Adams. I am 19 years old. I have tanned skin with wavy brown hair and brown eyes. I have always been pretty ordinary and I've never had a boyfriend. My best friend Nicole has fair skin with blonde hair and blue eyes. We love to hang out and we have been BFFs ever since we started Kindergarten. Our major crush is Michael Jackson and we listen to his music every day after school. Today the Jacksons will be signing autographs at the shopping mall down the street from my house. EEK! I'm so excited!

Out front of the mall

Me: NICKY!!!
Nicole: SAMMY!!!

We hugged and decided to go and line up

Me: When does it start?
Nic: Umm.. three hours? 
Me: *Sigh* Okay, let's go and get a hot chocolate from the cafe.
Nic: Okay

*At the cafe*

Nic: Can I please have two hot chocolates with marshmellows
Me: With extra chocolate? (I smile at Nic and she giggles)

We sit down at a table.

Nic: You do realise that this is heading straight for my thighs
Me: Sleepover tonight and we'll work out together
Nic: Deal?
Me: Deal.
Nic: Uh.. I have to use the bathroom. Do you know where one is?
Me: You see that table over there? Go around the corner and you'll see the sign.

She leaves and I look around and notice a guy crying just outside the cafe doors. I get up to comfort him.

Me: Hey. Are you okay?
Man: Not really.
Me: Would you like a hot chocolate?
The man looks up with a small smile and says
Man: No thankyou but I would like something
Me: Yeah
Man: I'd like to know your name
Me: I don't usually say my name to strangers, but you seem alright. It's Samantha.
That's when I really notice the man's face.
Man: Samantha's a beautiful name.
I didn't answer
Man: Are YOU okay?
I still didn't answer, I just continued to stare
Man: Umm.. I have to go now. Goodbye Samantha. Hope to see you around sometime.
He starts to get up to leave, but I stop him 
Me: No! I apologise. That was rude of me. To be honest, I was a little shocked. You're Michael Jackson. I'm a really huge fan by the way.
Man: Oh, Thankyou. You seem really nice. Anyway, I have to get ready for the autograph signing....are you going?

That's when Nicole walked out with an angry look on her face. I really shouldn't have left like that.

Nic: What the hell? Why did you just ditch me like that? You could have.... (she notices Michael)
Me: Oh. Michael this is my best friend Nicole Gibson. Nicole, this is Michael Jackson.
Michael: Hello. Nice to meet you Nicole.
Nic: Um..Uh..Um...
Me: She says hello.
Michael: So are you two coming to the signing?
Me: Yep. We accidentally came three hours early, you know how it is.
Michael: Haha. Anyway, I have to go now, but i'll see you two later.

We wave goodbye and Nicky and I spend the rest of the time waiting in line pinching ourselves.
