1987 lovers part 5

Michael and I were having a great time dancing together until some girl that was drunk walked over to us and started flirting with Michael, we both stopped dancing. I was getting annoyed and so was Michael.

Girl: Hey sexyâ?¦how bout you come home with me tonight?
Michael: Umâ?¦how about no
Girl: Come on, we can have fun together
Michael: I said no
Me: (getting mad)â?¦.
Girl: Come on baby
Me: (Shoves her away) he said no you drunk ass bitch
Girl: Excuse me Hun? Stay out of my business
Me: Why donâ??t you stay out of ours?!
Girl: I didnâ??t see you with this man?
Me: This man here happens to be my date for tonight
Girl: whatever heâ??s comin home with me

Michael was getting bothered so I thought of something fast.

Me: This guy youâ??re trying to take home happens to be my boyfriend!!
Michael: (looks at me a little shocked then back at the girl) 
Girl: (her eyes were wide)â?¦WHAT THE FRICK!!

She started yelling and she was about to slap me in the face when security came over and took her away and threw her outside. Michael and I both stood there and watched and so did the rest of the people, Iâ??m surprised no one had noticed it was Michael. I guess his disguise worked something simple like a pair of shades. A slow song came on next and Michael took hold on one of my hands and put his other hand around my waist pulled me to him, while I put my head on his chest and my hand on his shoulder. We werenâ??t talking for a little bit until Michael broke the silence.

Michael: so boyfriend? (Smiling and looking at me)
Me: umâ?¦I just thought of it at the top of my head (I look up at him and see that heâ??s smiling)
Michael: I actuallyâ?¦.ah forget it
Me: No Michael, what?
Michael: (smiles) I actually thought that was sweet
Me: (blushing a little)â?¦.
Michael: (smiles and looks away from me and stares at the wall) you know when I first saw you; I really couldnâ??t believe how beautiful you were. You were so shy; I couldnâ??t stop thinking of you when I went home
Me: Michaelâ?¦thatâ??s really sweetâ?¦
Michael: Kelly
Me: Yeah?
Michael: â?¦â?¦.i think Iâ??m in love with you

We stopped dancing but the music was still playing, I was looking into his eyes while he looked into mine, I smiled. He was leaning in to kiss me when I looked away.

Michael: is something wrong?
Me: Sorry Michaelâ?¦Iâ??m just, well nervous
Michael: (he smiled and nodded his head) I understand

Later that night, Michael took me home. I was holding onto his hand, but we were both quiet, when we got to my house Michael looked at me.

Michael: (smiling a little bit) Iâ??ll walk you up
Me: Thanksâ?¦.

Michael and I got out of his limo and we walked up to my doorstep, we stopped outside my door.

Me: Thanks for tonight Michael; I had a lot of fun
Michael: youâ??re welcome, Iâ??m glad you had fun
Me: I hope we can do it again sometime
Michael: yeah (smiles) Iâ??m sure we can
Me: (I looked into his eyes with a smile, and I felt lost in his eyes.)

Then it happened, out of nowhere I kissed Michael. When I pulled away Michael smiled and pulled me to him and kissed me back. I didnâ??t pull away, and neither did Michael. The kiss lasted for a couple minutes until our faces parted.

Michael: Iâ??ll see you soon?
Me: (biting my lower lip) yeah

I walked inside my house and turned on a couple lights, then Michael walked back to his limo and left. I was really happy, maybe Michael and I would make a really good couple! I quickly picked up my phone and called my cousin Nadiâ?¦..
