You Are My Life by Shanice PART 2
Why did Michael want me to call him? Was this really from Michael? Should I ignore it? Should I call him? I stood there and looked at the paper thinking of what I should do. I sat there and thought for a while if I should call him or not, so I made up my mind and I gave him a call. Michael:Hello? Me:Hi Michael, it's Shanice. Michael:Oh, so you chose to call me. Me:Yeah I did, (giggling) so what's up? Michael:Nothing really, I just wanted to talk to you. Michael and I was on the phone chatting and chatting. He kept making me laugh, he's such a funny guy.We were on the phone for hours, and I started feeling a way about him that I've never felt before.He's Michael Jackson, what was getting into me? Why did I start to like him all of a sudden? We were still on the phone too. Michael:So Shanice, tomorrow I'm going to shoot a video for Rock With You. Me:Oh cool, I heard that song on your album, I like it.Is it the one that goes (singing)I wanna rock with you, all night. Dance you into day.. Michael:(giggling)You sound really good, and yeah it's that one. I was wondering if you'd like to come on the set of everything and watch me.. Me:Oh my god! I'd love to! Where do I meet you tomorrow cause I can drive over there, probably. Michael:Okay great, and you don't have to, I'll pick you up. Where do you live? Me:Oh okay, I live in 4676 Hayvenhurst Ave, Encino. Is that far from you? Michael:No not at all, I live in that area, so can you be ready at least by 3:00 pm? Me:Yeah that's good.So I'll see you tomorrow then. Michael:Yeah, see you tomorrow. bye Me:Bye As I hung up the phone with Michael, I plopped myself on my bed with a huge smile on my face. Tomorrow I'm going to spend the day with THEE MICHAEL JACKSON, I still couldn't believe it at all. Michael Jackson, the man. The cute, hot, funny, kind, sexy one. Wait, something was really getting into me, I've never looked at him that way before, till now. As I was about to get to sleep, my phone rang again. This time it was my boyfriend Bryan. Me:What the hell Bryan! I was about to sleep you know. Bryan:I'm sorry baby, I missed you. Do you mind if I come over tonight so we can.. have fun? Me:Bryan, you've been asking this for almost a year now. No means no. Bryan:Please babe, I can't wait any longer. Me:You've already had your first time, I want my first to be special and I wanna do it when I'm ready, if you can't wait then too bad. Bryan:I've waited for a year now Shanice, gimme some! Me:No Bryan! Bryan:Fine, (sighing)I'm sorry, Well what did you do today? Me:Youl would've known if you came to see me, I sang today and met my favorite singer. Bryan:Oh let me guess, you met Diana Ross? Me:Bryan.. you don't even know my favorite singer..wow Bryan:Well that's cause you never told me.. Me:You should've known cause I'm always singing his music around you.. Bryan:I can't guess, just tell me. Me:Forget it okay, anyway I'm really tired so I'll talk to you tomorrow okay? Bryan:Okay, goodnight. I hung up the phone and though to myself. Why was Bryan so unfaithful to me? He never acts like he cares, he never calls me beautiful, and I know he's cheating on me. He makes it so obvious anyway.Does he even love me? Cause I fell out of love with him a long time ago. Soon,I fell asleep and woke up at 10:00 am. I had to go to work, as I did my morning routine, got dressed and headed out my house for work. My cell phone rang and it was my best friend Nia. Me:Hey Nia, what's up? Nia:Hey Niecy, you sang great yesterday! and nothing much I'm just watching TV. you? Me:awe thanks! I'm goin to work and Oh my god! guess what? Nia:What!? Me:Yesterday I met Michael Jackson! He came and watched me perform!! Today he asked me to come to the set of Rock With You so he could shoot the video!! Nia:OH MY GOD!?! Are you serious!?!?! Me:Yes I'm very serious!! Oh god I can't wait!! Nia:(laughing)When you come back tell me ALL about it okay? I got to go. Byee love ya Me:Bye. Love you too! I hung up with Nia and finally got to work. When work was over it was about 2:30 I had to head home really quick to get myself together because I was going somewhere with Michael in 30 minutes. I got inside, took a shower and picked out a lovely outfit to wear. I did my hair in a nice way also. When I was ready, it was 3:00 on the dot and my doorbell rang. It was Michael, he smiled at me and it lit up everything, he even made me let out a smile. Michael:You look beautiful.Is your favorite color red or something? Me:Thank you, (smiling) so do you and yes it is.How did you know? Michael:(smiling)I had a feeling.Thanks, so are you ready? Me:Yeah I am. Michael:Kay, lets go then. Michael and I linked arms and we got in his limo. He had a paid driver and both of us were sitting in the back. I was looking out the window and I felt his hand creep over onto mines, I looked at him and smiled, he smiled too. We then just sat hand in hand together and I was thinking to myself.Michael is such a kind,loving person. Any girl would be lucky to have him, I wish I could have but he's probably just being friendly and I have a stupid boyfriend anyway. We then reached the set of the video and Michael guided me to a seat where the directors and producers were sitting. He left to get into his costume, he came back out with a whole glittery suit. Me:(laughing)Nice outfit Michael.. Michael:(laughing)not funny, Shanice Me:(smiling)No.. I'm serious. It looks good on you, I dont think anyone else could've pulled that off. Michael:(smiling)Well then, thanks. The director of the video told Michael to get on the set, Michael went over there and they began playing the music and Michael was just singing and really feeling the music. He was dancing so well. The whole time the video was shooting I had my eyes on him. He was looking so hot in this video, at this moment I really wanted to "rock" with him. It only took one take to get the video perfect. Michael walked over to the director to see how the video went, it was really good. All they had to do was edit it and then add the finishing stuff.Time passed and it was time to leave, Michael and I left, he dropped me off at my house before he went home. Me:(smiling)Thank you Michael, I really enjoyed watching you. Michael:(smiling)You're welcome, and i really enjoyed your company there.(leaning to kiss me) Me:Michael, I have... I knew I wanted to kiss him, I couldn't resist it at all, so I went with the program. Our lips finally met and I felt like I was on cloud 9. I never ever felt this when I kissed Bryan, I realized what I was doing and it was wrong.I pulled away quickly and backed away from Michael with tears in my eyes. Michael:(looking puzzled)I thought you wanted me to.. Me:I do.. but I..(sighing)I got to go, I had a good time Michael, once again. Thank you. Without waiting for a reply I went inside and closed the door behind me. I went to the window and Michael was walking away with his head down. Did Michael have feelings for me? Why did he kiss me? Why didn't I tell him I had a boyfriend? I went upstairs to my room, sat down on my bed and started crying.
