I've got my pride, so hear me sing *30*
*Here is part 30(: I hope you all like it. I've enjoyed writing this story-Fluffykins* *Here is part 30. I hope you guys like it!-Fluffykins* Grandpa Michael: *smiling at us* Ya know, if you guys keep that shocked look on your face, *gets up from his chair* it'll get stuck like that right? We all didn't say anything; Paris, Prince, Blanket, Grandma Jalice and Momma tackled Grandpa Michael to the ground before anyone could say anything about him standing right in front of us. Everyone walked over to him, asking him why he did this. Why he made everyone worried and crap. I just stood in the door way watching everyone greeting him, welcoming him back, and acting like he didn't pull the biggest fake death in history! He looked over my mother's shoulder at me. He smiled, only to have it turn into a frown as I walked out. I wanted nothing to do with this welcome back thing for him. Best party, turns out to be the worst party in the world. Grandpa Michael was what I wanted as a present, but now I want him to be shipped back from where he came from. (Later That Night; Michael's Point Of View) It felt good to be back home, and I know I shouldn't have done what I did...I just wasn't sure if I could've done This Is It. I know I've dissapointed and saddened everyone of my fans, worst I've made my family sick with worry, sick with sadness. After Little Bit's birthday, everyone left after welcoming me back. Lilly was the only one upstairs not welcoming, or showing me any love. I wouldn't blame her...if I was in her shoes, I'd be pretty pissed off with myself also. MC: daddy? Me: *turns to look at her* yes? MC: go talk to her. Please? Me: she doesn't want to see me. Dalton: Mike, you'll never know if you don't try *goes behind MC and holds her by her waist* Me: *eyebrow raising* you maybe married to her, but you're still getting watched by me every now and again Dalton: I understand, Mike. I understand Me: *nods* okay then MC: daddy? Me&Dalton: yes? *we look at each other, then back to MC* Prince: *from the kitchen* that would've been the GREATEST line in the wedding toast I did! MC: shut up, you little worm! Prince: make me, bigger worm! MC: *about to say something* Me: Maria Carmen, what were you gonna say? MC: *looks at me, thinks, remembers* Oh! Your granddaughter. Talk. Now. Me: she doesn't want- MC: NOW Michael Joseph Jackson. Me: alright, alright. I'm goin I looked back at my daughter has she and her husband staid hugged up close to each going back into the kitchen. I walked up the steps to Lillian's room to hear music coming out of it. I opened the door to see her sitting on her bed, listening to songs on her iPod. She didn't have her headphones in, so I could hear the song. "Monster You Made" by Pop Evil... Me: Little Bit? Lillian: *doesn't say anything to me* Me: Lilltle Bit? Lillian: *still the same* Me: Lilly? Lillian: *same* Me: *slightly annoyed* Lillian... Lillian: *curls into a ball* Me: Lillian Amanda Jackson, look at me when I'm talking to you! Lillian: *looks at me and snaps* WHAT!? I was a little taken back by Little Bit snaping at me. She's never done that before. Me: Lilly, c'mon... Lillian: c'mon, what, Grandpa? The fact that you faked your own death for 3 years, come back after you send me, Omar, Paris, Blanket-even though that was forced on him-Momma and Kevin on a wild chase! And for what, for you to be the prize. You surely made this a stupid Birthday that I'LL never forget! *flops on her side, crying into her pillow* I walked over to her and sat on my knees in front of her. I smoothed down her hair, and she slowly looked at me. Sitting her up, I sat on her bed and pulled her into my lap allowing her to cry onto my shoulders. I rocked her back and fourth, rubbing her back softly. Humming a lullaby I've always sung to her since she was a small child. Me: Lillian, baby girl, I promise you. This will NEVER happen again. Lillian: *wiping her eyes* h-how do I know you're telling the truth I'll admit, that broke my heart a little to hear her say that. I picked her head up by her chin, making her look me in the eyes. I used my thumb to wipe the tear off of my granddaughter's cheek. Me: because I love you with every once of my soul. You're my granddaughter, Lilly, and I love you with all my heart. You, your aunt, uncles, Omar, your mother and everyone else in the family. Without you guys...I'm nothing. I'm never doing this again baby girl...I promise. I'm sorry I made your birthday the worst day ever What she did next surprised me. She hugged me tightly around my neck and it was like I had my little Lillian back. She told me that she loved me, and I told her the same. She took my hand and we both walked down stairs to get the rest of her party over with. You know, to make up for what I've done already. God. I love my family so much. (3-years-later; 2015) It's been been three years now since I came back, and showed myself to the public once again. I couldn't be happier being the family man I love being to my family. The kids had just gotten home from school not long ago, and doing their homework in the kitchen. Dalton was helping Lillian with her parts for the play she has to do next week. "Sweeney Todd"...hmm...and oddly she's playing Sweeney. Go figure...haha. I love her though. I walked into the kitchen to see Paris and Prince doing their school work, Blanket doing his(he finally goes to Paris and Prince's school at Buckley), MC giving Hunter, my three-year-old grandsong, his snack and nodding her head while he kept telling her stories about preschool and all that. I saw my loving wife, went over and kissed her softly. I hugged her last, sat down in the chair nest to Blanket and sat with her on my lap. What more can I guy ask for? A wonderful, yet, crazy family I adore. A loving wife. Four beautiful children. A great son-in-law that loves my daughter. Two amazing grandchildren who makes this whole family wonder about theirselves. But we love it either way. Lillian came running into the kitchen and jumped into the seat beside her little brother, kissed the top of his head and ruffled his hair. She asked him how was his day at pre-school. I guess trying to get him to leave their mother alone so she can spoil him now. Dalton came behind her, wrapped his arms around my little girl and kissed her cheek. Andy from that band Black Veil Brides, I guess, what Dalton, Little Bit and MC listens too says it best: "I've got my pride, so hear me sing. I'll never let you steal my coffin." The end *I hoped you guys like this story. I know it wasn't that great, but I'm thinking of a new idea but I'm finishing one of my old stories before then. I think Knives and Pens...cause I haven't wrote that one in a long time. So, bye for now you guys. Love you all!*
