Michael:so,did you enjoy the movie?
Lorna:did it look like I was 
enjoying it?
Michael:(giggling)hell no!
Lorna:well..exactly.
Then there was a silence,but the 
Michael striked up with A 
conversation.
Michael:listen..lorna,uuum you're 
mom told me about Kiara's father.
Lorna:(worried)what did she say?
Michael:well,I don't wanna sound 
hush or anything,but she told me 
how that Bastard walked out on you 
when he heard you were pregnant.
Lorna:oh..yeah,well I don't wanna 
talk about it.
Michael:I'm sorry to here that 
Lorna,do you know How I wish Kiara 
was my daughter.
Lorna's heart was beating,and a 
drop of sweat ran down her face,as 
she heard Michael saying that he 
wish Kiara was his daughter.
Michael:uum..Lorna,could I ask you 
something?
Lorna:yes Michael?
Michael:do you...well,do you still 
care about me?
Lorna:well,of cause I do..I mean 
we're great friends and all.
Michael:(feels down)yeah...But I 
mean,don't you think back on the 
times we use to have?
Lorna:(lying)no...really,that's the 
past.
Michael:but..I'm still...never 
mind.
Lorna knew what Michael was going 
to say,and she doesn't know it 
yet,but she feels the same.The 
thing is,she's afraid of falling in 
love with him again,because then 
that means she'll feel even more 
guilty because Michael would be 
with her,not even knowing that 
Kiara is his daughter.
Lorna:so how far is the gas 
station.
Michael:well,not so far from here.
Lorna:okay..
Michael:uum Lorna,do you remember 
that day,when we uuum..you know
Lorna:uuum yeah..I know
Michael:well,that was the best 
moment of my life(smiling)
Lorna:yeah..
Michael:but one thing I don't get 
though...why did you tell your 
parents that You broke up with 
me..I mean,I was in a car accident 
at that time.
Lorna:yes,but I didn't know that..I 
was under impression that you 
walked out on me,after you found 
out that I was preg..
Michael:what?
Lorna:sorry I meant,I thought you 
walked out on me,after you heard I 
was uuuh..gonna move.
Michael:(confused)but your mom says 
that guy made you pregnant when you 
were 19,wasn't that the time when 
you and I was still together?
Lorna:yeah..but you were gone by 
that time.
Michael:so why didn't you try and 
find out where I was?
Lorna:I couldn't,I was just so 
scared(starts getting nervous)I was 
scared that you might(starts 
crying)
Michael:(comforts 
her)hey..lorna,what's wrong?..
Lorna:(wipes tears)nothing,uuum I 
just thought of Kiara...can we just 
please change the subject.
Michael:okay(holds her)let's change 
the subject.
Finally the two of them reached the 
gas station.Michael bought 2 litter 
Cultex gas,and 2 Cokes for him and 
Lorna.But as They were about to 
leave,they heard someone calling 
Lorna.
???:Lorna!
As Lorna turned around,she saw that 
it was Antonio who also was at the 
gas station.
LOrna:antonio?
As Antonio came to Lorna,he stared 
surprisingly at Michael,they were 
very good friend back then.
Antonio:Michael?...Oh bro!..man its 
good to see you again(exited)
Michael:(giggling)nice seeing you 
too antonio
Antonio:dude what are you doing 
here man?
Michael:I live here
Antonio:really...but Lorna here 
said,you live somewhere els.
Michael decided to cover up for 
Lorna,so he made up a lie.
Michael:well,I moved back a bout 3 
weeks ago..now I work here.
Antonio:that's cool dude!..so,
(naughty smile)what are you to 
doing together?
Me:Michael and I just went to the 
movies.
Antonio:(looks down)oh..I 
forgot,you're married Michael.
Okay,now Michael wasn't sure if he 
was going to cover for that,so he 
rather changed the subject.
Michael:anyway..why did you wanna 
see Lorna?
Antonio:oh yeah!..uum lil sis,you 
see,tomorrow I'm having this 
business meating,so I was wondering 
if you might come with me..
Lorna:what does that have to do 
with me?
Antonio:well,I have to bring 
someone who is top in a company..so 
I decided to bring you.
Lorna:oh..I would love to 
Antonio,but you see..I'm at work 
tomorrow..oh,I forgot..Mom and dad 
isn't at home tomorrow,who's gonna 
look after Kiara!!
Michael:uuum..Lorna,well,why don't 
you take tomorrow off and go with 
Antonio.
Lorna:yes,but what about Kiara?
Michael:uuum..I'll look after her.
Lorna:but,you'll be at 
work(confused)
Michael:actually..I'm gonna take 
tomorrow of aswell,besides The 
company closes in tomorrow's week 
for the holidays.
Lorna:oh(surprised)well..are you 
sure you wanna look after Kiara?
Michael:(smiling)yeah..I would love 
to.
Lorna:okay(smiling)well,should I 
bring her over to you?
Michael:no its okay,I'll drop by 
tomorrow at your place.
Lorna:okay then..well thanks 
Michael..you're a life savior.
Michael:(giggling)my pleasure.
Antonio;so your coming right sis?
Lorna:(nodding)yeah..I'll be there.
Antonio:(kisses her)thanks 
Lorri..Well,nice seeing you Mike 
and uuuh..bye!
Michael:see ya Antonio!
Then antonio got in his car,and 
drove away.
Lorna:(scoffs he arms)
Michael:(giggling)and what are you 
all puffed up about?
Lorna:Frikkin big head antonio,he 
didn't even offer us a ride.
Michael:(laughing)don't you like 
hanging out with me?
Lorna:well,I do..but..My feet are 
killing me.
Michael:oh,well in that case(picks 
her up)I'm gonna have to carry you.
Lorna:(scream laughing)Oh my god 
Michael..put me down(giggling)
Michael:nope,I'm gonna carry you
Lorna:(laughing)this is so 
amberrassing.
Michael:this is so great.
Then Michael carried her all the 
way to his car,and put her 
down.after that,he filled his with 
gas.
Lorna:(laughing)you're such a thick 
headed Frog you know that.
Michael:kwwwwaaaaak...I guess I'm 
hermit the Frog!
Lorna:(laughing)yeah
Michael:well,there's only one way 
to save the frog.
Lorna:and how's that?
Michael:well,if you kissed it,it 
might turn into a prince.
Lorna:Eeew..I ain't kissing no 
frog!
Michael:oh really..but what if the 
frog came up to you(goes up to her)
Lorna:(gets nervous)I'd..uuum.I'd,
(stars laughing)I'd beat him away
.Then she hitted Michael.
Michael:(laughing)and now the frog 
is dead.(Sticks his toung out and 
pretends to be dead)
Together they laughed as they 
played.so they got in the car,and 
was on their way home.TBC
