I've got my pride, so hear me sing *7*
"*Here is part 7. I hope you all enjoy(:-Fluffykins* -2004- (Maria Carmen) I sat in the kitchen with my daughter, Lillian, watching early morning cartoons while her Aunt and Uncles slept upstairs in their beds. She had her blonde hair in her little pigtails, wearing her red pajama pants and pink Tinker-Bell shirt. Yep... My daughter. She was so cute, though. Kai(the cheif at the time) was in the kitchen with us as well getting breakfast ready for me, Little Bit, Daddy, Mommy, Paris, Prince, and Blanket. I love Kai... She is really nice to everyone here. Going back to being up early, um, normally Dad is down here before anyone. Where is he anyways? Daddy: MC? Ask and you shall get what you want. Me: Yeah? Daddy: You have a letter? Me: From Kelly? Daddy: No Me: Sarah? Daddy: No Me: Maria? Daddy: No Me: David? Daddy: No. Before you ask, no it's not from Kevin either Me: Then who? Daddy: The letter is from Little Bit's father That took me by surprise. He actually wrote? Why do I care? I don't. Maria Carmen... You do not care that he has wrote you a letter. Lillian looked at her grandfather, then to me. Lillian: Mommy? Me: Yes, baby girl? Lillian: Daddy wrote us a letter? Me: Yeah Lillian: Ohkay *Smiles and goes to back to watching cartoons* Daddy handed me the letter as he went to talk to Kai. I sighed before opening the letter and reading it. I looked to see both Daddy and Kai were ready to hear me read it outloud, Lillian paid me no mind(I thought at that time she watching listening) and continued watching the cartoons. I began reading the letter outloud, and everyone listened. The letter read: "Dear Maria Carmen, I know what I did to you in 2001 is unforgivable. It haunts my dreams every night as I lay upon these hard, cold materess of my jail room where I am to rot for 26 more years for my crimes. So many I hurt, but yet you are the one that showed me how messed up I truely was. Now look at you, Maria, 24(I believe counts your year of birth is 1980) and is already a mother to a child-my child-that was never suppose to be made. I know now that she is older, three, I believe none of you think that anymore. She has become the love of all of your lives. I wish I could have that enjoyment of knowing my daughter-and your daughter-the way everyone else does. I understand if you never want me to have any contact with her, uderstand if you never want her to know about me. If I ever did get a chance to see her-what child wants to remember their father that hurt her mother-a father that hurt many other women before and after her mother-I wouldn't want that for her. Never. If you never show her this letter to tell her I do think about her from time to time, I understand. Maria, but, please...please don't allow her to forget me. Please tell her about me one day when she is old enough to understand; If it's to your liking. That is all I am asking from you. I know you don't want to do it, but please tell her Daddy loves her-even though you think I don't-but I do love her. And also tell her I'm always thinking of her, too. I know you don't care...but with anything to say I am in rehab with my problem. Please don't be mad, but I am getting better. My last wish is just for you to tell our little angle about me when she is older, and can understand anything about me. Good-bye now Maria Carmen. Love, Dominic Thomas" I was almost in tears reading this. All I ever wanted was to hear him say he was sorry, that he thought of Lilly, and that he was trying to get help for his sickness. Lillian sat up in her chair and looked at the note. Lillian: What did daddy want, Mommy? Me: He wanted me to say he loves you very much, and that he is thinking of you always. Lillian: Ohkay. Daddy: Little Bit? Lillian: What? Daddy: Wanna help me get Prince, Paris and Blanket up? Lillian: What bout Grandma? Daddy: Her too Lillian: Ohkay! Lillian raced over to my father and took his hand as they both went up stairs to wake Mommy, Prince, Paris and Blanket up. I looked at the letter and began writing my own letter back to him. -2012- I stood under the shower head, the water running down my head. I remember writing Dominic that letter, telling him everything... I just never knew it didn't leave Neverland after that day. *There was part 7. Part 8 shall be here soon ^_^ Bye for now*
