Caitlyn's Notebook Story Part 2

*Here's the second part to my notebook story*

Daddy was about to tell Lisa what he wanted.
 
(Lisa): what is it Michael?
(Daddy): we canâ??t have it on the 22nd.
(Lisa): and why not?
(Daddy): because you remember my little girl, Hayden, I promised Kelly and her that I would visit for Haydenâ??s 8th birthday.
(Lisa): but Michaelâ?¦weâ??ve been planning for this for a long time.
(Daddy): Lisa, Iâ??ve been planning on seeing my only daughter for a long time also.
(Lisa): (gets up) well, maybe we shouldnâ??t get married.
(Daddy): what are you saying?
(Lisa): Iâ??m saying itâ??s over, Michael, all you talk about is Hayden this and Hayden that. And if itâ??s not Hayden, itâ??s Kelly, Michael I love you and you know thatâ?¦but I donâ??t think I can deal with the fact thereâ??s two other women in your life.
(Daddy): (silent)

Lisa Marie went back into the bedroom leaving daddy. Poor daddyâ?¦I know heâ??s hurting so much right nowâ?¦the next day back at home mommy and Tyler was getting everything ready for my birthday. I was still asleep in bed so they wouldnâ??t have to worry about me getting in the way and figuring out what they was doing. Taj and Siggy was there along with Aunt Janet. They was helping out as well. The family is coming and I know Grandpa Joe isnâ??t because he canâ??t stand my mom.

(Mommy): Taj, whereâ??s the cake?
(Taj): (with his finger in his mouth after taking some of the icing off)â?¦â?¦
(Mommy): boy, did you eat some of the icing!?
(Taj): no. way on earth would I do that?
(Mommy): I donâ??t know because you do that to mess with your cousin.
(Taj): Iâ??ll fix it.
(Mommy): you better mister.

Siggy and Tyler was laughing. Mommy was placing the happy birthday banner up when she felt some one place a had on her butt. She turned around to see daddy.

(Mommy): Michael, you better move that hand.
(Daddy): oh, why? I think it likes it there.
(Mommy): (laughing) Michaelâ?¦

Daddy put down his hand and hugged mommy and kissed her cheek.

(Daddy): so, whereâ??s my lovely daughter?
(Mommy): oh, sheâ??s just like her daddy, a heavy sleeper.
(Daddy): I was never a heavy sleeper.
(Mommy): Michaelâ?¦I think I woke up beside you many of times to find that out.
(Daddy): alright, alright. Can I go see her?
(Mommy): if you can get her up, Michael.
(Daddy): I think I can, Kelly.

Daddy went to go upstairs. Aunt Janet came over to mommy.

(Aunt Janet): Kelly, what was that?
(Mommy): what was what?
(Aunt Janet): you know what I mean. about what just happened between you and Michael.
(Mommy): thatâ??s just friends goofing around, Janet. It was nothing.
(Aunt Janet): sure didnâ??t seem like nothing.
(Mommy): Janetâ?¦drop it. Me and Michael arenâ??t together anymore. I hurt him to much. I took his only child away from him and I canâ??t take that back. And besideâ?¦heâ??s dating Lisa Marie.
(Aunt Janet): actually Kellyâ?¦there getting married.
(Mommy): what!!!
(Aunt Janet): he never told you?
(Mommy): no. He never even mentioned it.
(Aunt Janet): Iâ??m so sorry, Kelly.
(Mommy): Iâ??m gonna go see if Taj fixed the cake.
(Aunt Kelly): okay.

Mommy went to go check on Taj. And Aunt Janet helped Siggy and Tyler. Daddy had come in to my bedroom. He saw me asleep and smiled. He silently came over to me. He knelt down beside my bed and started quietly singing a song I never heard before.

(Daddy): (singing)

Sent from heaven above
All those years ago

When I saw you wrapped up in pink

Iâ??m wrapped around your finger
Now and ever since you been born

I started waking up to my daddyâ??s voice. When I opened my eyes I saw my daddy. I was so excited to see him I jumped out of my bed into his waiting arms.

(Me): daddy your back.
(Daddy): of course. I wonâ??t want to miss my little girlâ??s special day.
(Me): whereâ??s Lisa, daddy?
(Daddy): well, um,(changing the subject) letâ??s go down stairs alright?
(Me): alright daddy.

He carried me down and told me to hide my face. I hide it in his shoulder. When he told me to look I turned around to see everyone there. Everyone but Grandpa Joe.

(Everyone): happy birthday, Hayden.

Daddy placed me down and my cousin Jaafar walked up to me and hugged me. He gave me a circle shape thing wrapped in sky blue and pink wrapping paper. I looked at daddy and she smiled and nodded. I opened the present and it was the soccer ball I asked for. I screamed and hugged Jaafar.

(Me): wow thanks, Jaafar.
(Jaafar): your welcome, Shorty.
(Me): how long are you going to call me Shorty, Jaafar?
(Jaafar): till it gets annoying.
(Me): wellâ?¦that was a long time ago, Jaafar.
(Jaafar): I mean for me.
(Me): (sticks tongue out at him)
(Jaafar): (does the same to me)
(Tyler): hey, who wants to break in the ball?
(Me): oh, I do!!!
(Taj): well, you have me.
(Siggy): Iâ??m right with you.

Me and the guys went out side to play. And everyone got ready for the party which will be outside. Mommy and daddy was the only ones left inside.

(Mommy): Michael, so when was you going to tell me about you and Lisa getting married?
(Daddy): what are you talking about?
(Mommy): donâ??t play dumb with me Michael. You and her are getting married and you never told me or your daughter.
(Daddy): Kelly you donâ??t understandâ?¦
(Mommy): oh, I understand. I understand after this party you go back home to your pretty fiancÃ©e, but never come back to this house. If you love her so much why don---(daddy cuts her off my a kiss on her lips)
(Daddy): (stops kissing her)â?¦I donâ??t love her anymore Kelly, itâ??s you I love and always haveâ?¦you broke my heart when you left with are two day old daughterâ?¦I havenâ??t been the same.
(Mommy): if you love meâ?¦why are you with herâ?¦
(Daddy): Iâ??m notâ?¦she left me because I talk about you and are baby girl more then I do her and I donâ??t care if Iâ??ll live by myself till I dieâ?¦if I see you and Hayden, I know I could live on with my life knowing I have no one to share it with. I love you and Hayden so much, Kelly.
(Mommy): Michaelâ?¦Iâ?¦I gotta get things ready.

She ran right past him leaving daddy and outside. Daddy sat down at the table and looked at the present he got me. A little music box that held a surprise inside for me. He turned back to where my mommy had gone out. I ran back in because I had to use the bathroom really badly. I saw him.

(Me): daddy whatâ??s wrong?
(Daddy): oh, nothings wrong baby girl. Daddy just has a lot on his mind right now. What are you doing in here? Thought you and the guys was playing?
(Me): I had to pee so I cam in here.
(Daddy):(laughing) okay, baby girl. We wouldn't want you to wet yourself like you did that one time when you was 5.
(Me): it's your fault for letting me drink all those sodas.
(Daddy): and I got a ear full from your mommy and Aunt Janet.
(Me): you sure did.
(Daddy): bye the way. I got the video you sent me. Now you knew that was mean what you did to Tyler. Now I don't want you doing that again to him...or anyon else okay, baby?
(Me): okay...(jumping up and down)...I gotta pee!!!
(Daddy): then go pee, baby.
(Me): alright!!!(I run up to the bathroom)
(Daddy): hard to believe 8 years ago she was this little baby bundled up in a pink blanket, now she's growing up on me and Kelly. But it's for the best that she is...every kid as to grow up. I just wish i could have kept her that sweet little 3yrold. But that's only a wish. And this is now.

I came back down smiling.

(Daddy): have fun in there?
(Me): nope. My bladder feels better know...but my sides hurt a little everytime I use it...
(Daddy): have you told mommy?
(Me): no and it hurts wrost today daddy...(grab my sides)...ow...
(Daddy): don't worry we'll tell mommy okay?
(Me): okay...

Me and daddy went outside to everyone. I was in tears because i hurt so much. Mommy and grandma come over to us.

(Mommy): baby what's wrong?
(Me): my sides are hurting wrost today Mommy...
(Mommy): don't worry...let's get you to a doctor. Kathy do you mind coming along with?
(Granny): I don't mind sweetie.
(Mommy): Michael, are you coming?
(Daddy):of course I am.
(Mommy): alright, let's go.

Me, mommy, daddy, and granny went to the doctors. I had to pee in a cup which I hate to do. This is the wrost birthday party ever. It was a little while when the doctor come into the room.

(Dr. Manson): hi, I'm Dr. Manson, and I have some bad news about your daughter Mr. Mrs. Jackson.
(Me): (looking from mommy and daddy).......
(Daddy): don't worry baby.
(Mommy): daddy's right.
(Granny): what's wrong with her Dr. Manson?
(Dr. Manson): well, Mrs. Jackson, when your granddaughter uses the restroom her urine back up to her bladder. And it looks like it's been doing that for awhile. Because it started out small it didn;t hrt her has much bt now since it gotten bigger building up in her bladder it's causing her some dicomfort and pain. I believe we have to do surgery on her. Do wash out the back up urine inside her.
(Mommy): will it hurt her?
(Dr. Manson): no Mrs. Jackson, it won't hurt her. We'll put her to sleep before we start. You should bring her back 2marrow.
(Daddy): alright. We will.

We left shortly. And I was so worried about what would happen to me 2marrow. We went back home and told everyone. They was all worried for me. After the birthday party we cleaned up everything. Daddy was spending the night...he didn't want to leave me and mommy after today. And I was glad daddy didn't leave like he normally does after he visit me. I hope everything turns out good 2marrow. I can only hope.
