Tonight is the Michael Jackson's Bad World Tour concert in Houston. I am a major fan so for my birthday (that is today), my best friends Joanna, Sonia and Charlotte bought me a ticket to see his concert. I had to wait five months until the actual show, so when it arrived, I was super excited.

As I flew into my closet, hoping to find something decent, I seemed to find nothing. Absolutely nothing. I finally found my old sparkly pink dress that will just have to do. I smiled, relieved, as I slipped my denim shorts off.

But that relief soon washed away when the pink dress didn't seem to go any further than my hips.

~1/2 an hour later~

I hear a knock on the door.

Joanna: Kristin, are you ready yet? 
Me: Erm..not yet Jo.
Joanna: Well you better hurry up, gurl. I want to take us out for tea before it starts.
Me: *Sniffle* I...I don't think so.
Joanna: You decent?
Me: ......

She slowly opens the door and sighs. Joanna walks over to me and gives me a big bear hug.

Joanna: No outfit?
Me: Nope.
Joanna: C'mon then. Lets' go shopping.
Charlotte: Did somebody say SHOPPING!!?
Me: Aww Jo, you know I hate shopping...?
Charlotte: Kris, get yo sexy ass up, we're off to the mall!!
Me: *Sigh* I'll get my coat.
