True Friends Part 12 :)
Sup guyz, aight. I'm wrote this part a while ago, I'm postin it now! I hope you guys enjoy! :):) - Vicky!:D **************************************************************** Michael stood there shocked. Scared indeed. The first words that came out of his mouth were, "Joseph" He was frightened but what may Joseph do to him. He knows Joe was outraged by that fact that Michael ran away. He could see it in his eyes. Michael got back slowly. His family got in the room. Momma Katherine had tears in her eyes. Mostly tears of happiness. Her son was okay. Thatâ??s all that is important. His brothers didn't show any expression, although their eyes were on Joe. They knew what was coming for Michael. Something bad, very bad. Michael stood at the edge of Miley's bed. The rest of the family were beside the door. Joe went closer to Michael. "Where were you?" He shouted. "I... I..." Michael stammered on his words. What is he supposed to say to his angry abusive father? "I, I what?" Joe went closer. "I was ---" Michael's sentence was cut by a slap that send him crashing on the floor with a thud followed by a scream from Michael's mother. "SHUT THE DOOR!" Joseph ordered Jermain. Jermain stood still, he was witnessing his brother getting hit by his father. He was shocked. He was frightened. Joseph looked back at Jermain, "I said.. SHUT THE DAMN DOOR!" Jermain jumped when he heard his father shouting at him and locked the door of the hospital room. "Joseph, please leave him!" Miley pleaded. "Shut up! Its none of your business" Joseph answered her. "Oh my god" Miley whispered to herself. Michael struggled to stand up. He successfully stood up, but was sent back down on the floor with another slap from Joe's tough hand. Michael let out a moan of pain. Miley saw his face, it was very red. Miley could feel tears in her eyes. "Joseph, leave him!" Momma Katherine started crying. "Shut up!" Joe shut his wife up. Michael got up again and wanted to say something, but Joseph punched him in his stomach. And that went on for 15 minutes. No one dared to go near Joe. He punched Michael till he started bleeding. "And that would teach you NOT to run away again" Joe left Michael on the floor spiting blood and headed to the door. There he hit Jermain at the back of his head, "Next time don't let me repeat my sentence" He went outside the hospital room and slammed the door. Momma Katherine ran and helped her son up, and so did his brothers. They helped Michael up. Miley was crying. Toya went outside to get some tissue paper for Michael's busted lip. Michael sat on the couch. He literally fell on the couch. His stomach hurt from Josephâ??s kicks there. "Michael, are you okay?" Miley asked him. "I-I'm fine..." Michael struggled to say. Momma Katherine sat beside her son. Toya got the tissue paper. Michael's mother was trying to wipe the blood from his lips carefully. But it hurt him bad... So bad. Michael had tears in his eyes. He was a 16 year old, but yet he is still getting hit by his abusive father. He was hurt. He was very tired. ~~*2 hours later*~~ Everyone already left. It was 4 pm by now. Jermain and Michael stayed with Miley in her room. Jermain stayed for Miley, while Michael couldn't get out of the room. He can't get out looking bruised like that. Miley loved to have the presence of Jermain and Michael with her. She realized that Michael and Jermain were both lost in a daze, a trance to be exact. Michael was thinking about the way Joseph hit him. He was quiet embarrassed that he got abused by his father in front of his family, and best friend. He was very embarrassed. He cannot believe Joseph was that heartless. While Jermain was also embarrassed by the way Joe hit him on his head because he didn't lock the door earlier. He never wanted to get hit in front of Miley. He thought Miley was really cute. He doesn't want to be embarrassed and weak in front of her. He always tried looking tough, but yet a gentleman to her. He actually likes her. But he was worried maybe she thinks of him as a brother only, thatâ??s why he never really tried getting any closer to her, or crossing the line. But maybe, some day he'll try to. "Everybody makes mistakes, Everybody has those days, Everyone know what I'm talkin' about, Everyone gets that way" Miley sang. Michael and Jermain got startled when they heard Miley singing. They looked at her and smiled. Michael tried smiling. His lips hurt. Miley was singing to them because of what happened. She doesn't want them to be quiet around her. Jermain sat closer to Miley and smiled to her. Michael was still on the couch, he was smiling at his brother and best friend sitting this close to each other. He could feel their chemistry. Miley stopped singing and was staring at Jermain. "I'll go to the bathroom" Michael tried standing up and limped quietly to the bathroom. Miley and Jermain didn't really notice or hear Michael going away. They were still staring at each other. Jermain's smile faded, he felt as if he fell in love with Miley. He touched her face slowly and smiled again. Miley smiled too. Jermain slowly leaned in to kiss her, but was interrupted by someone opening the door. "Um... I'm sorry..." A voice from the door came. Miley and Jermain pulled away each other and looked at the door. There stood Marlon at the door. He was looking at them weirdly. Miley and Jermain started blushing slightly. 'Stupid Marlon' was the only thing on both of their minds. He ruined the moment. "What is it Marlon?" Jermain asked annoyed. "Mother said when are you and Michael coming back home?" Marlon asked. "I don't know? I think I'm staying over, Michael may come back home" Jermian answered. "Come back where?" Michael came out the bathroom. "Home" Marlon said. "Oh, yeah! A while later. You know what, I'm coming now. I'm tired" Michael said, "I'll go Miles, OhKay?" "Yeah sure, you can go Mikey. Gimme a hug" Miley smiled. Michael went over to her, hugged her and kissed her cheek, "I'll be over later on, bye" "Sure thing, Bye!" Miley kissed her cheek. Michael and Marlon disappeared out the door in a second. Jermain and Miley could hear them giggling at something, a joke Marlon made. Jermain and Miley looked back at each other. Jermain didn't want to lose this moment again. He leaned closer to Miley and... They were locked in a kiss. A passionate kiss. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ To be continued...
