Do I Know You?....Part 5

I sit in the historic "interviewing" chair and motion for Michael to sit on the bright green lounge. I notice his bodyguards are giving me suspicious looks. I try to ignore them but it gets hard. Michael must have noticed the tension in the room and tells the bodyguards "She looks harmless, thankyou." They nod and leave.

Me: Would you like to be recorded?
Michael: Yes please.
Me: Okay. (Starts recording) So, Michael, how are you? You've been at the top of the charts for 30 weeks for your album Thriller and it is being hailed as critics as "A masterpiece.", you must be one happy guy?
Michael: I feel very proud and honoured that people gave my work a chance and listened to it.  
Me: Well that's very humble of you! Was Thriller dedicated to anyone?
Michael: Yes. My family, mother, Joe and my siblings. Also the starving children in poverty-stricken areas all throughout the world. 25% of the profits made from this album is going to a poor country. (Um lol that's not true, I just made it up)
Me: Wow. That's amazing...(Completely loses train of thought...)
Michael: Thankyou.
Me: I have some personal questions that many people are dying to know. Ready?
Michael: Okie Dokie.
Me: Um...Err... Are you a virgin?
Michael: Oh. (Blushes) I'm a gentleman.
Me: You don't kiss and tell? (Smiles in a joking way)
Michael: Hahaha no I don't.
Me: Another one?
Michael: Yep.
Me: Are you in a relationship or are you interested in anyone?
Michael: I'm not in a relationship right now and...um I haven't found the right woman yet I guess.
Me: Okay. Thankyou for taking the time to be interviewed. 
Michael: Your welcome, it was great being interviewed.
Me: The pleasure was all mine.

I pressed 'stop' on the recording player and stood up. Michael stood up as I did and I smiled. I went into the room next door and put all of my focus into trying to get the playback machine to work. It was a good ten minutes and I was starting to get frustrated.

I suddenly felt a presence behind me. I felt warm breath on the back of my neck and although it was dark in there, I could see a hand rise up from behind me.

Michael: Here. (Presses a few buttons and it started to work) Being in the music buisness for 15 years teaches you a couple things.
Me: Thanks, I was about ready to throw it out the window.
Michael: (Leans back on a bench) So how long have you worked here?
Me: About two years. I don't know, I feel like I belong somewhere else. This place is getting kinda boring now. All I do is meet celebrities, but it gets boring after a while.
Michael: I understand. When I was a kid and when the Jackson Five had only just started, meeting famous people was like a dream come true. But after a while I had begun to get sick of it.
Me: Yeah. It sucks sometimes.
Michael: Yes. Mind if I make a quick text?
Me: Of course! I'll just use the ladies room.

I ran into the ladies room and drenched my face with water. Mmm that felt great. Buzzz! Jess's phone went off.

Hey hun. Was interviewed by this really nice chick at That's Real! magazine. Asked if I was a virgin, I was like, umm I'm a gentleman lol! Please reply soon :)
