BUTTERFLIES - pt 17

Me: ....!
Michael: Who is it? (lol-no pun intended)
Josh: Can we talk?

I ran into the loungeroom and hid behind the boys who were still sitting on the couch. I didn't even care about no spider.

Jackie: What are you doing?
Me: (shaking) Ssssh!
Michael: Who's there?!
Josh walks in.
Michael: (getting up in Josh's face) I thought I told you to stay away from Bianca! What the f*** is your problem!!?
Josh: Dude, be cool. I wanted to apologise.
Michael: Apologise?! You could have killed Bee! Get the hell outta my house!
Josh: I was drunk. I'm really sorry.
Michael: Sorry?!!
Jermaine: Dude, calm down. What could he have done that's so bad?
Michael: (looks at Jermaine with that scary look he did the other night)
Me: (whispers) Michael! Don't take this out on Jermaine.
Michael: (sighs and takes a step back from Josh) I'm gunna let this go, but I don't wanna see you again, agreed?
Josh: Cool. Bye. Again, sorry Bianca.

Josh left and Michael came behind the couch and sat down next to me with his head in his hands.

Me: Thanks.
Michael: (lets go and rests his head on my shoulder)I love you.
Me: I love you too.
Michael: If you weren't here, I probably would've...ugh. (shivers)
Me: How come you didn't?
Michael: That wouldn't be very gentleman of me.
Me: Aww you're such a cutie.
Michael: (smiles)

We sit there in silence and listen to the boys talking about what if Michael had knocked him out. They were being stupid but it was kinda funny listening. I think Michael was being a bit smug about it. At one point, I noticed him flexing his arms to himself. I laughed silently and realised how lucky I was he was here.

**1 month later

Michael is working on a movie called The Wiz which is a remake of the original The Wizard Of Oz and it features an African American cast. He is gunna play the Scarecrow. I laughed when he told me.

Michael: I'm gunna play the Scarecrow on the Wiz.
Me: Oooh cool! Haha you do need a brain!
Michael: Hahaha-Not funny (trying to be serious, but smiling) 
Me: Haha(snort)hahaha.

**2 months later

I didn't see Michael much during the weekdays and he was really working hard. Last week though, I found out I was pregnant. It was really shocking and I didn't know when to tell him.

But will he want to know?
