**Later on that night.

Me: Excuse me, (trying to be polite) I'm just gunna go freshen up.

I walked to the bathroom and re-applied my make-up. 
All of a sudden, the lights went out.

Me: Damnit. (feeling the walls and trying to find the door)

I felt something warm.
?: I love you.
Me: Paul?
Paul: Babe. I love you.
Me: Turn the lights back on...NOW!
Paul: (kissing me)
Me: Paul....Get...OFF!!!
Paul: (slowly putting his hand higher up my thigh) 
Me: Michael!!!!

Paul continued to kiss me and I wished Michael could hear. The lights came on. Then, SMACK!

Michael: (punching Paul) 
Paul: Shit!
Me: (fixing my dress)
Michael: Honey, god, are you okay? Did he hurt you?
Me: No.
Michael: (kicking Paul in the gut) I'll give you until the count of 1 to get the hell out of here. 1. (kicking him one final time)
Michael: (kissing me) I'll..never..let that....happen...again. 
Me: Thankyou.

As we drove home, Michael kept looking at me suspiciously.

Me: What is it?
Michael: Did you,....like it?
Me: Like what?
Michael: The kiss.
Me: (shocked) What do you mean did I like it? Of course not!
Michael: Are you sure?
Me: (kissing Michael's lips) I'm sure.

We got home and Michael said:

Michael: I'm gunna go to bed.
Me: Okay. I'm gunna feed Levi.
Michael: Hey, did you see how hard I hit Paul? (flexing the muscles in his arms) I could be a pro boxer....
Me: (raising an eyebrow and giggling) That WAS kinda cool. You gotta teach me how to hit like that. You know, just in case Paul comes back to finish the job! Hahaha!
Michael wasn't laughing.
Michael: Not funny Sam.
Me: Sorry. Well, goodnight baby.
Michael: Goodnight.

Boy, what a day.
