Somewhere else in town on that Saturday night, Mia was on her bed crying and clutching a brown teddy bear Michael had given her. Mia had done it three times and it said the same thing. She was pregnant. Her mind was spinning. What was she gonna do? Why now her and Michael were only 16! She told her mom who was dissappointed but would stick by her. Her mother got in the room. "Mia I want you to listen to me and listen good." her mother said. Mia looked up at her mom who had an unreadable expression. "You will phone Michael and tell him its over and we'll leave for Georgia next week." Mia was shocked. "Momma I cant do that I love Michael!" Mia cried. "Mia he has a career!! This baby is the last thing he needs. If you loved him you would do this." Mia watched her mom leave the room. After minutes of wrestling her thoughts she picked up the phone readying herself for the hardest moment of her life .
