Michael: everyone (smiles) this is my girlfriend, Kelly Marieâ?¦remember her from 1987?

Everybody sat there for just a moment a little shocked, then they all walked up to me and started hugging me and saying hello asking me how Iâ??ve been, well everyone but Latoya was doing this, she was sitting there looking me up and down and had her arms crossed giving me the evil eye. But hey Iâ??m not going to let this girl ruin my day, when everything finally got calmed down we all sat down in the living room, Latoya staying quiet and kind of off to the side. The moment we sat down the questionâ??s started flying out of Jermaineâ??s, Marlonâ??s and Janetâ??s mouth

Michael: Hey! 
All 3: (stop talking and look at him)
Michael: You all donâ??t need to talk at once ya know, weâ??re gonna be here for a few hours
Marlon: sorryâ?¦but howâ??d you two meet up again?
Me: Well, I thank John Landis for that; we met back up at the set of Black or White
Marlon: Oh
Michael: She was playing hard to get
Me: â?¦was not
Michael: Oh bull crap yes you were (grins) â??Iâ??ll have to think about it Michaelâ? or â??I get shy around you, oh look at the time I gotta runâ?
Me: Oh okay yeah I was 
Janet: what have you been doin for these 4 years?
Me: You know just livin the life; I took up guitar lessons after Michael leftâ?¦
Janet: Oo really? Who inspired you?
Me: Slash, Eddie Van Halen, and Carlos Santana
Janet: cool
Me: Yup
Marlon: damn Michael youâ??re dating a white girl that can play guitar
Both (me and MJ): whatâ??s your point?
Marlon: Itâ??s just shockin, I never expected you to play guitar Kelly Marie
Me: yeah and you didnâ??t expect that Iâ??d whip your butt in arm wrestling too
Marlon: alright we wonâ??t talk about that!
Jermaine: I still donâ??t have all my money from you Marlon
Joe: (laughs) now Iâ??d of like to have seen that
Marlon: Mom distracted me!
Katherine: Donâ??t even use me as an excuse; I can believe Kelly Marie kicked your butt
Latoya: (gets up and walks out of the room)
Michael: whatâ??s up with her?
Katherine: well you know how she is
Joe: I donâ??t see why sheâ??d be like that towards Kelly though

Yes, Joe liked me from when he first met me and Iâ??m kinda surprised he still does. Heâ??s the only one thatâ??s allowed to call me Kelly too. So weâ??re sitting here talking while Latoya is doing only God knows, and Michael wants to get going so I guess weâ??re leaving, because I donâ??t really care. Janet gave me a hug good bye and said we needed to catch up sometime this week I really feel like part of the Jackson family again, they treated me as they did the first day they did, but if all of Michaelâ??s brothers were there, I know Iâ??d be getting tackled with hugs. When we got into the SUV Michael looked at me with an awful big smile.

Me: what?
Michael: I think they missed you
Me: (giggles) yeah just a little
Michael: yeah, hey what are you doing next Tuesday?
Me: probably nothing as usualâ?¦why?
Michael: Eh I donâ??t know, just wanted to see if youâ??d like to go to the beach-
Me: Michael, people remember?!
Michael: I meant after the beach empties out
Me: Oh when the beach is closed?
Michael: Yeah (smiles) come on what do ya say? Like old times?
Me: Yeah (I smiled) like old times, Iâ??m up for it

The last time we did that we just walked on the beach did nothing else, just walked along the shore line as small waves crashed into the shore getting us both wet and me literally jumping onto Michael. If I only knew Michael was going to do something bad to me.
