Chemicals collide part 3
I was rushing around my room trying to get things together, trying to find my clothes when something started ringing in my head. I grabbed onto the sides of my head and fell to my knees shutting my eyes wishing for it to go away. And when I opened them I was in my bed. I shot up and looked around the room then plopped back down on my bed. Me: what a hell of a dreamâ?¦ I looked over to my alarm clock, shocked! I was late! I ran over to my dresser got my apple bottom jeans and sequin blue top got dressed then ran into the bathroom to do my hair. I chose something simple, the side pony tail, then I put on my black hat grabbed my car keys, slipped my heels on and ran out the door. Crap I canâ??t believe Iâ??m late, I havenâ??t been late for work once. Once I got to the mall, I shot out of my car and rushed inside. When I got to the store, Don looked angry. Don: Youâ??re 20 minutes late Me: I know! Iâ??m so sorry; I just had the wackiest dream tooâ?¦ Don: I donâ??t care what your dream was, just donâ??t be late again! Me: yes sirâ?¦ (I sat down behind the counter and took out my Dangerous album and put in the stereo changing it to â??In The Closetâ?) Don: Hey I thought we were gonna listen to the Blood on the Dance floor album? Whatâ??s up with that? Me: Sorry sir (giggles) I just grabbed it and ran. Don: well, how about we listen to it tomorrow? Me: Sure why not Don: You knowâ?¦.i know how much youâ??re an MJ fan Me: yeah I know that, what about it? Don: well in California- Me: (Taking a drink of my water) Don: Theyâ??re holding auditions for his tour, heâ??s picking like 11 dancers I think Me: (I spit my water out and wiped my mouth) Iâ??m sorry what? Don: Yeah, in California there is going to be auditions for MJâ??s This Is It tour, you should go, Iâ??ve seen you dance along with his songs Me: Me? (Pointing to myself) go to California and I live all the way in Michigan (yeah actually I live in Michigan in the Story, in my dream I lived in California) I donâ??t have enough money Don for a plane ticket Don: Well youâ??re getting your paycheck tomorrow; maybe youâ??ll be able to afford it (smiles) Me: I know that smile Don! What when are the auditions? Don: in 2 weeks Me: God, me going to California, to funk in front of MJâ?¦awesome! (Laughs slightly) Don: thereâ??s gonna be a lot of people there you know that donâ??t you? Me: Yeah I know, but me! Just being in front of him showing him what Iâ??m made of Don: Yeah, cells Me: Don, shut it Don: hey you said you were gonna show him what youâ??re made of This work day went slow, I really wanted my paycheck. I canâ??t wait! God I hope I have enough money to go to California, I really do. It was tmrw now, I rushed into work excited for my paycheck and when I saw Don I ran up to him and hugged him tightly. Me: Hi Don (I giggled) how are you Don: what do you want? Me: (letting go of him) what are you talking about? (I smiled slightly trying to act innocent) Don: You want this? (Pulls out my paycheck) Me: Yes! Yes I do! Please I love you Don! Don: (moving it towards me) Me: (reaching for it) Don: (pulls it back) Me: Hey! Don: Iâ??m kidding, here ya go (hands it to me) Me: (rips it from his hands and opens it) oh my God! I- I have enough?! Me I have enough for this? Don: Yeah, you do (smiles) Me: Oh thank you Don! Don: No, thank you and have fun (he smiled and walked into the store leaving me out there) Now there is one decision I have to make, fly to California or stay here in cold ass Michigan and continue working in the Ed Hardy store? Oh God I donâ?? know what to do, maybe stay here, no Iâ??m not staying here, this was my dream ever since I was a little girl, so Iâ??m going to fly to California for this audition! to be continued... not until i get 10 votes :)
