Caitlyn's Memory of 2003-2009

i just wanted to share a story from 2003 dring the Michael Jackson Child Molesting case. 2 kids got to share their feeling about the case and it's in diffrent classes then they show it in school. i heard my name from the intercom. i knew i was the one picked from my class to talk about him. my idol. And you think I was not nervous that I would say something stupidâ?¦trust me I was. But Michaelâ??s songs told me to be brave and have love, and most of all confadince in yourself. And thatâ??s what I had. I stepped into the closet. They pick the kids they know who loves him the best in the school and there is only about 4 or 10 students in this whole school that loves him that I know. Iâ??m one of them. They knew it I was a fan because ever since the case started I started wearing a white glove on my right hand. I sat in the office the camera man had the camrea on me and the lady I learned was named, Samantha.
(Samantha):okay, sweetie. Oh, I see you have the white glove on you.

(Me):yup. I love Michael with all my heart.

(Samantha):I hear your 1 year older then Michaelâ??s son Prince and 2 years then Paris.

(Me):my sisters told you.

(Samantha):no I just know the 2 Jackson babies date of birth.

(Me):oh.

(Samantha):so how old are you now Caitlyn. And Iâ??ll tell you how old the 2 are.

(Me):Iâ??m 7.

(Samantha):Prince is 6 and Paris is 5.

(me):yeah.

(Samantha):now Caitlyn Iâ??m gonna ask you some question and I want you to answer them with your heart. Okay?

(me):okay.

(Samantha):I asked the questions that isnâ??t about the case yet. But I will start from your roots. Now what era was you born in I know itâ??s either Dangerous and History.

(me):History. I was born in 96...or Dangerous. No History.

(Samantha):what was your first song from Michael?

(me):umâ?¦it had to be Blood on the dance floor. Then when I got older like 3 it was Human Nature. And umâ?¦Will you be thereâ?¦and so on and so on.

(Samantha):and you really want to meet him and do what dance?

(me):I donâ??t know about the dancingâ?¦.but I really want to meet my idol. I want to see him dance. Itâ??s seems cool. But I want to grow up and be just like him.

(Samantha):do you believe the lies about him. Like the bleaching his skin thing?

(me):not one bit. And he isnâ??t bleaching his skin. He loves being who he is and I have a person in my family I believe on my grandmothers side that has his skin sickness. So I donâ??t believe in that lie or any of the lies they say about Michael. They arenâ??t true and they should really hear his song â??Childhoodâ??. because when I first heard it one thing he said in there made me cry. When he sings. â??Before you judge me. Try hard to love meâ??â?¦and thatâ??s all he wanted was people to show him love and not make up these lies about him.

(Samantha):alright, sweetie, now Iâ??ll go to the case now.

(me):K.

(Samantha):you say u love Michael. But what do you really think of him. Your not just saying this to be nice are you?

(me):no. I love the man with all my heart. I know he wouldnâ??t do it. I can see in his eyes.

(Samantha):heâ??s eyes?

(me):yes. Thatâ??s how I have so many friends. Because I see in there eyes. And I know if their good or not. I donâ??t know how me and my sister can do that.

(Samantha);do you believe the boyâ??s story about Michael?

(me):no. not one bit. I believe Michaelâ??s word. Not the kids.

(Samantha):okay sweetie. One more question. Do you think Michael will win.

(me):with no doubt. He has nothing to be ashamed of and nothing to have aginst him. He will be proven not quilty. I can guess that much.

(Samantha):thank you honey. Do you have anything to add?

(Me):yes. To the people who hears Michaelâ??s nameâ?¦wait before you say â??Eww. No keep him away from me and my childrenâ??â?¦try hard to find the man in the mirror with him. He didnâ??t have a childhood like usâ?¦playing, sportsâ?¦.hanging outâ?¦he worked all the time. So understand him before judge him. Thatâ??s all he ever wanted was for people to know how he feels. And I just want you all to know he has given us so much in the years of his lifeâ?¦musicâ?¦fondationsâ?¦dances. Iâ??m trying his moonwalk now. And a lot of other things. So understand Michael before you judge him. Thatâ??s all I wanted to add. I love you guys. And that Iâ??m gonna fallow in Michaelâ??s footsteps. And some day I hope I can be called the Princess Of Pop. In honor of him. And I swear the first song Iâ??ll do is one of his songs. To  honor him. Again look into his past before you judge him. Wellâ?¦love you guys.

(Samantha):thank you sweetie.
     
So later that evening at school all are tapes were played when the lady left. And I was shocked my tape wa first. I covered my face because everyone was looking at me.
    So he when the trail came I was glued to my TV at home and would not give my dad the remote before I knew what happen. When the judge said he was not guilty I screamed and did the moonwalk. I was never happy. I knew he was gonna win that case.
   But I fill a hole is in my heart because my angel left and he was my light in the dark. In good times and bad he was there. I am praying for his kids who were everything to him. And Iâ??m praying for his family.
  No one can replace you King Of Pop. No matter how they try. You will be a greater level every time. Rest in peace nowâ?¦.Michael Jackson.
