Tahlia's Love Story - part 5

I knew it was rude, but I couldn't help but listen.

Randy: Tahlia is so hot!
Marlon: Aw yeah. I wanna bang her so f***ing bad.
Michael: You guys are so immature.
Tito: What? Are you serious? Do you not find her attractive at all?
Michael: Well....Maybe *embarrassed*
Jackie: Michael has a crush on Tahlia!
Jermaine: I reckon she has a thing fo' me. When she went underwater, I swear she grabbed my d**k.
Tito: Yeah as if.

I really didn't wanna listen anymore, but I was so thirsty. So I opened the door pretending that I hadn't been there the whole time. They all looked at me with their eyes wide. I forgot that I was wearing La Toya's PJ's.

Jermaine: Well hello there. What's your pretty little thang doing up so late at night? Looking for me?
Michael slapped him on the back of the head.
Me: I was just getting a glass of water.

So I walked in the kitchen and after drinking the water, rinsed the glass. I felt somebody tap my shoulder. I spun around. Michael was standing there with an oversized t-shirt and an oversized pair of pants.

Me: Hey.
MJ: I brought these for you just in case you got cold.
Me: *slipping into them* Thanks so much. You are lterally my knight in shining armour.
MJ: *giggling* Yeah well, it's not that you don't look good.
Me: *blushing* Um I didn't get to introduce myself. I'm Tahlia Moore. Huge fan.
MJ: I'm Michael Jackson. It's nice to meet you.
Me: *laughing* Nice to meet you too. BTW I love Thriller.
MJ: Thanks. 
There was an awkward moment of silence.
Me: So whose are these?
MJ: They're Joe's.
Me: Well they're awfully comfortable.
MJ: Do you wanna come and sit down with us, it's nice and warm in the loungeroom?
Me: I'd love to.

So we sat down next to eachother on the shag carpet with our backs leaning on the couch. I didn't feel tired, but my body thought otherwise. I drifted off to sleep as the boys talked about cars. As I went to sleep my head leaned on Michael's shoulder unconciously. He wasn't uncomfortable, just a bit suprised. It was about 2am and the boys were laughing and something they said was so funny that their laughter woke me up. I realised how I was leaning and sat up properly.

Me: Mike, if I ever do that again, please don't hesitate to push me away.
MJ: Naw, it's cool, I was actually pretty comfortable.
Marlon: Hey I got a great idea, let's play spin the bottle!
Jackie: Okay then *looks at me*Rules, you can't kiss a relative.
Me: *nervously rushing* I gotta better one, how about truth or dare?
All: Yep.
Marlon: Me first. Michael. Truth or dare?
Michael: *glances at me* Truth.
Marlon: Do you have a crush on Tahlia?
Michael: That's not fair.
Marlon: Why not?
Michael: Well...no then.

I know that everyone has a right to like whoever they want, but that hurt. Because, deep down, I kinda had a crush on him. Ever so slightly, I moved away from Michael. He noticed.

Jermaine: Tahlia. Truth or dare?
Me: Truth.
Jermaine: Do you like one of us?
Me: *sigh* Yes.
Tito: Tahlia. Truth or dare?
Me: You can't ask me twice in a row!
Tito: Just answer this then. Who do you like?
