I Wanna Be Where You Are 22

So the next day we went to the mall to get everything ready for 
me.

At the Mall......

Mom:Oooh this ones sexy!
Me:Mom! Im 14!
Mom:Ok gosh!
Me:I like this one!
It was a zebra print sundress.
Mom:Oh that is cute! I love it! Now go pick out your shoes, and 
remember no higher than 3 inches.
Me: I wouldnt think about goin over 2 mom! Were goin' to the 
bowling alley not a fancy restaurant!
Mom:Whatever
I pick out 2 inch heels  that are black and open toed.
Me:Here Mom *hands her the hells*
Mom:Why you always gotta look so goth, girl!?!?!?!
Me:Black is a pretty color.
So we go to the cashier and get the dress and the heels. Now were 
goin' to the nail salon and this italian guy comes up to me.
Dude:What you would like?
Me:I want zebra design on my nails.
Dude:That is very expensive.No? 
Mom:How expensive?
(Note:remember this is the 70s)
Dude:$20 each hand.
Mom:*sigh*Ok.
Me:Thank you mom!
So I get my nails done and they are beautiful. Next step is to 
get my hair done.
OK.....To pass some time I get my hair done we buy alot of makeup 
and an artist tells me how to apply it.We get me a beautiful 
necklace and we head home.My date is tomorrow.
