HUMAN NATURE part 8

We get home after talking with police that night and Michael and I have a little chat.

Me: *whispering* Michael...What happened?
MJ: Can I please explain?
Me: Yes.
MJ: I wasn't cheating. I promise. It was JJ.
Me: Jess?
MJ: After the Grammys, Jess told the papparazi that we used to date and that you stole me from her. The tabloids then printed horrible lies about you. I wanted to break up because I thought you'd be safer and happier without the papparazi.
Me: *shocked* Jess...
MJ: She earned $1million from saying those things.
Me: So...um....do you love me?
Michael stares at me then bursts into laughter.
MJ: You're worried about that?!
Me: *giggling* Yes!
MJ: *serious now* I will love you forever and ever.
Me: Ditto babe.

2 1/2 years have gone by and Jess is still saying lies to the tabloids. Other than that, things have gone great. The round, mysterious man who kidnapped me is in jail for 20 years! (he did other things too) Michael is producing another album. I helped him name it Thriller.

Ola Ray was chosen to be the girl in the music video for Thriller. She seemed like a nice girl. My first impression of her was that she was very shy and quiet. I instantly became friends with her and we spoke every time we were on the set.

Me: So are you nervous at all?
Ola: Yes I am. Michael is really cute and you are so lucky he chose you.
Me: *awkward* Okay. Thanks.

1 year later.

Thriller has just been released and Michael and I are really proud of his work. Out of nowhere, I get a call from my good friend Ola Ray.

Me: Hi Ola.
Ola: Come down here!
Me: Why?
Ola: Promise you won't get mad?
Me: No I promise.
Ola: Kay. Come down here then!

If only I knew what was about to happen.
