Me: Iâ??m pregnant Michael: Youâ??re pregnant? (He looked down holding my hand and then he looked at me with a smile on his face) Thatâ??s great! Me: (I looked at him a little relieved) But, what about your career? Michael: what about it? Me: What if it ruins it? Michael: (he smiled and hugged me tightly) it wonâ??t ruin things I promise Me: But what if you donâ??t have time for us Michael: Iâ??m always going to have time for you and the baby Me: (I felt more relieved and I smiled and hugged him tightly) Thanks Michael, but when are we gonna tell your parents Michael: weâ??ll tell them when the time is right Me: I donâ??t want to keep this a secret from themâ?¦ Michael: Well, my family will be very happy excepting a child into the family- Me: theyâ??re gonna think I trapped you into staying with me Michael: donâ??t say that! My family will not think of you in that way trust me. Me: But what about Joe? Michael: Joseph is a different story; he might or might not be happy. But sweetie (he caressed the side of my face with his hand) Joeâ??s opinion wonâ??t matter to me, I love you and I will never leave you Me: (I smiled and grabbed his hand and held it against my face) â?¦.i love you too Michaelâ?¦ He smiled and leaned in and kissed me. I missed those lips even though Iâ??ve been away from him for a week I still missed them, we continued kissing for a few minutes until our faces parted. He looked at me with a smile Michael: Iâ??m gonna be a dad Me: (I smiled) Iâ??m going to be a mother Michael: (giggles and kisses my forehead) I canâ??t believe Iâ??m going to be a parent! Iâ??m really excited, but Iâ??m scared to see what his family will say. We stayed outside until the sun started to set, and thatâ??s when I got up and Michael stood up with me. Michael: where ya going? Me: Michael, Iâ??ve gotta go home Michael: (he put his hand on the side of my neck and tilted his head to the side) Do you have to, you can stay here Me: Michael (I grabbed both of his hands and held them close to my chest) I will, but canâ??t we wait to see what your family has to say? Michael: I guess (he leaned in and kissed me) Call me if anything happens okay Me: (I smiled) okay Michael: Iâ??ll see you two later (he winked at me) I giggled and headed to my car. The next day Michael called me and said I could come over a little early, so I picked something comfortable and appropriate. Navy blue jeans, a white v-neck t-shirt that hugged my curves, and flats. I left my wavy hair down and finished getting ready, and then I headed to Michaelâ??s. When I got there it was just him, so I got out of the car and walked up to the door and he opened it before I could knock. Michael: Hey (he hugged me) Come in Me: K (I followed him inside) Michael: (looks at me) you know I love it when you wear your hair down, itâ??s really pretty Me: (blushes) thanks Mike, so when is everyone gonna be here? Michael: In about an hour Me: Oh Michael: You still nervous? Me: No, not really Michael: I knew you wouldnâ??t be I giggled, Michael and I sat on the patio in the back yard singing â??Iâ??ll be thereâ? while we were both singing heâ??d look at me and smile. After we finished singing we stood up and he walked up to me and put his arms around me. Michael: You know, your voice is really amazing Me: Michael, no itâ??s not Michael: Yeah it is, I told you that when I first met you Me: (I smiled a little and looked down) Michael was about to kiss me when we got cut off by a few voices. Marlon: Oh! Mikeâ??s gotta girl!! Jermaine: Man Mike, why didnâ??t you tell us?! Janet: Sheâ??s really pretty Tito: hello foxy (he took his shades off) Michael: I was gonna tell you guys when you got here (looks at Tito) Back of bro, sheâ??s taken Tito: Relax Mike (he joked) Michael: (smirks) Marlon: so does this pretty thing have a name? Michael: yes she does, her nameâ??s Kelly Janet: oh, thatâ??s a lovely name I felt really welcomed; the rest of the family came out to the back. And everybody was smiling, asking me questions, welcoming me. Joe even welcomed me; I could tell everyone liked me. We were all sitting in the living room when Michael looked at me. Michael: Should we tell them? (he whispered) Me: Well, whenever Iâ??m okay with itâ?¦ Michael: alright (he looked at everyone) Okay, I have an announcement to make Everyone: (looks at him) Michael: (grabs my hand) before I say this, I want you all to know. This was mine and hers decisionâ?¦ Randy: Get on with it Michael! Michael: â?¦â?¦.Kelly and I Tito: are engaged?! Marlon: (grabs a pillow from off the couch and whacks him in the head with it) shut up Tito: (glares at him) ow Michael: (smiles faintly) No, not yet. Janet: Well what is it? Michael: Kelly and I are going to be parents. Katherine: (shocked) So, youâ??re telling meâ?¦.Sheâ??s pregnant? With your kid? Michael: Yeah Katherine: (tears start to fill her eyes) Oh myâ?¦ To be continued...
