(Part 6)

Michael just told me he has to tell me something.

Me:What is it?

Just then the waiter comes by and hands us two fortune cookies.
I open mine and it says: Will you marry me - love Michael.My mouth is just left open and Michael  smiles.

Me:give me 1 sec. to go fix my face real quick
Michael:(laughing) Yeah sure.

I turn around and shut my mouth then turn back to face Michael.

Michael:SO?
Me: Yes, yes I will marry you.
Michael leans over and kisses me
Michael:Thank You

We ride home talking about future wedding plans.
The next 8 months go by and It's June.The week before our wedding when I finally get to meet Joe.

I walk to the door and Michael greets me with a hug and a kiss. Then I walk through the door and see Joe standing there. I shake his hand.

Joe: So tell me what do you do?
Me: I'm a corprate marketer. Im actually a partner @ Anderson & Meyers. Soon to be Jackson & Meyers.
Michael:(smiles)
Joe: Michael can I talk to you for a minute
Michael:What
Joe:I don't think you should marry her.
Michael: Why not 
Joe: Because she seems like she's all about money.
Michael:You just met her, she's not. she is a sweet person who has been my friend since I was a child but you were never around to meet her.

Joe stands there and looks at Michael.
Joe:(sighs) ok If you want to do this
Michael: Thank You for understanding
Joe: Whatever!

I had to go to work so I let the family know I was leaving and headed to my job. The week blazed by. Before I knew it it was June 11th my wedding day. Michael and I stayed at a hotel that night but he was on a seperate floor. I woke up @ 8. My mom and Michael's Mom stayed in the Presidential suite with me.

I got up took a shower, and got my hair done it was curled and pinned up.I got my make-up on then I put on my Vera Wang dress. It was like a gown with rhinestones, gloves and a 3 foot train. My brides maids got prepared in turquoise gowns with gold waistband ties.

Katherine: Aidrenne, Michael's heart is going to pound when he sees how beautiful you look.
Me: Thank You

Janet LaToya and Rebbie are all brides maids along with some personal friends of mine.

Janet: Michael is already at the church. You look amazing.
Me:Thank You we have to get there the wedding starts in an 1hr. & a half.

We get in the car and 15 minutes later we arrive at the church. I stay in one of the back rooms and everybody comes to visit me.

LaToya: It's Time.
