I dont belive it was him because i think Jermaine Jackson doesnt have time for computer or Michael's fans even though Michael was his brother Jermaine has a lot to do rather than omputer especially his kids .. a lot of them .. we will never know but im keeping my opinion .. hey this is just an opinion no offence to anyone ^_^
