Mom: hello? Voice: hi, is Kelly there Mom: yeah hold on (my mom pulled the phone away from her ear) KELLY! Me: yes! Mom: phone for u! Me: (looks at Peggy) Peggy: Iâ??ll get it (she walks downstairs and gets the phone) Kelly phone! Me: â?¦would u get up here with it! Peggy: (laughs and heads back upstairs) Here (throws the phone at me) Me: Ow! U jerk off (answers the phone) Hello?? Michael: hey Kelly Me: (I motion for Peggy to close the door) Peggy: (closes the door and sits down next to me full of excitement) Me: Michael wats up? Michael: nothing really I was seeing if ur available today? Me: um yeah I am Michael: Would u like to hang out Me: s-sure Michael: alright Iâ??ll c u soon Me: okay After we hang up I look at Peggy I was more excited than she was Peggy: was it him! Me: YES!!! Peggy: yeah Me: (I get butterflies in my stomach) well Iâ??d better get ready (Grabs a pair of tight jeans and a red tight low cut v neck t-shirt) Iâ??ll be back (I walk down the hall to the bathroom and I get dressed brush my teeth and brush my hair) (A few minutes later I walk back) Peggy: wat about your parents Me: crapâ?¦.should I tell them Peggy: you could try Me: I doubt theyâ??ll believe me Peggy: well just try Iâ??ll see u downstairs (she goes downstairs and sits on the couch to watch the sports channel with my dad) Me: (I walk downstairs slowly) Mom, Dad, can I talk to u! Mom: alright (wlks into the living and sits next to my father) wat is it sweetie? Dad: (he turns the TV off slowly) (looking at me like I did sumthing bad) wat now Me: Iâ??m going out with a friend of mine todayâ?¦. Mom: really who is it sweetie? Dad: u didnâ??t meet a druggie did u Me: noâ?¦his name is Michael Mom: Michael? Michael who Me: Jackson Dad: (just starts cracking up) Me: Iâ??m serious! Mom: hun, u just went to his concert and u really think that weâ??d believe that Peggy: itâ??s true! Mom: oh heavens no Me: (Iâ??m starting to get really annoyed with my parents because they donâ??t believe me for anything) Cant u just believe me this once! Mom: when we see it we will Dad: but right now we cant Peggy was looking at me she could tell I wanted to cry because I hated it when my parents wouldnâ??t believe me. Me: â?¦â?¦â?¦Iâ??ll be in the kitchen (so I walk into the kitchen and I see Michaelâ??s limo so I walk back into the living room) Dad: (heâ??s watching the TV again) Mom: (sheâ??s back in the laundry room) Me: hmm Michael: (knocks on the door) Me: (I open the door I c Michael standing there) Hi would u like to come in for a minute Michael: sure I let Michael in, and my Dadâ??s eyes moved from off the TV screen to Michael, he was in literal shock Dad: honey Mom: yes dear Dad: come here Mom: (Wlks out of the living room) Wat is it- (she spots Michael) â?¦â?¦.. Me: Michael, these r my parents Tom and Stephanie Michael: hi everyone Mom: hello Dad: helloâ?¦. Kellyâ?¦ Iâ??m sry about earlier Mom: so am Iâ?¦ Kelly: soâ?¦. Mom: go ahead Kelly: alright Michael and I leave and Iâ??m so excited just to be with him, he makes me feel like a normal person and I feel so comfortable talking with him! Mom: Iâ??m going to go make sum cookies Peggy: oo Iâ??ll help! Mom: u just want to eat the badder Peggy: so (smiles) Mom: ur lucky ur just staying with us Peggy: yeah cuz Iâ??m practically family Mom: (smiles) that you are Michael and I get out of his limo and we start walking around townâ?¦but not far behind us was his big tall bodyguardâ?¦. Michael: Kelly Me: yeah (I look at him) Michael: can I ask u sumthin Me: sureâ?¦ Michael walks with me through the park Michael: (he stops under a tree) Me: (Iâ??m standing right next to him) Michael: (looks at me) Me: (I look at him, heâ??s staring at me hard in the eyes) Michael: Kellyâ?¦â?¦.Will u be my girlfriend??? Me: Michael (smiles) of course I will As the days went by Michael and I have become so much closer in our relationship. Every nite I had trouble sleeping he was always on my mind I couldnâ??t get him out, a couple weeks go by and Iâ??m out with my mom and Peggy. Mom: Kelly Me: (Iâ??m not paying attention) Mom: baby girl? Peggy: hey Kelly! Me: yeahâ?¦. Mom: I asked u wat u thought of these lights Me: I like themâ?¦.we should get them Mom: alright (she grabs the Christmas lights for the house and continues walking) Peggy: Kelly are u okay? Me: yeahâ?¦ Peggy: ur really quiet. Me: Iâ??m sry Peggy: its fine We leave after standing in the check out line for about 25 minutes. We get home and Peggy and I are upstairs, I hear the phone ring, but no one called my nameâ?¦ I told Peggy I wanted to take a nap for a little bit she left and I lay down and I drifted off into a deep sleep. A few hours later I wake up and I hear a familiar voice I get up and I c Michael in the hall way, I walk out of my room and over to him Me: heyâ?¦what are u doing here? Michael: Ur family invited me over for the nite Me: really? Michael: yeah (heâ??s smiling) Me: thatâ??s so cool (I couldnâ??t help but let out a little yawn) sry I just woke up from a nap Michael: its alright (he opens his arms for me to hug him) Me: (I couldnâ??t help it but I fell right into his arms) its Christmas eve u know Michael: I knoâ?¦I just wanted to spend it with you Me: (smiling) Michael Michael: yeah? Me: ur really sweet Peggy: hey guys! Me: yes Peggy Peggy: A Christmas Carol is on! Me: (looks at Michael) would u like to go watch it? Michael: sure So we head downstairs and we watch the movie. After the movie Peggy heads upstairs to go 2 bed, and my parents decide to leave Michael and I alone. Michael: (looks over at me) u look tired Me: yeahâ?¦.just a little bit Michael: would u like to lay down Me: sure So I lay down and rest my head on Michaelâ??s lap watching the movie but before to much longer I fall asleep. Michael: Kellyâ?¦..Kelly Me: (I wake up slowly) â?¦â?¦.watâ?¦â?¦â?¦â?¦â?¦ Michael: u fell asleep Me: ohâ?¦.sry (I look up at him and heâ??s smiling) wat Michael: nothing Me: watever Michael (I get up but I feel him grab my hand) (I look at him) Michael: sit with me for a little bit Me: Michaelâ?¦â?¦ Michael: please Me: (I look at him, I cave in even tho Iâ??m tired, and so I sit back down) A few hours go by and its 6:30 in the morning I fell asleep while Michael was telling me a story. I woke up a while later, and it was 3:30 in the afternoon when I woke up. I was back in my room so I got up and walked down the hall, Peggy has already started her packing. Me: Peggy? Peggy: oh hi Kelly (doesnâ??t look up from packing) Me: U have to leave already, but itâ??s Christmas day Peggy: I knoâ?¦but my parents want me to visit them now, and I really donâ??t want to leave, Iâ??ll call u when u get back home alright? Me: okayâ?¦ (I head down the hall I donâ??t really feel like changing out of my pjâ??s, so I go downstairs) Mom, Dad? (I find a note on the table) â??Hey Kelly, werenâ??t not going to back till early morning Iâ??m taking your mom up north to a Christmas store, you know how your mother is on Christmas, she always has to shop. Well weâ??ll see you when we get home take care. Dadâ? Peggy: (wlks downstairs with her luggage) Kelly Me: yeah? (I walk over to where sheâ??s standing. By the door) Peggy: I have to go nowâ?¦.Iâ??m really sorry Iâ??m going to miss you a lot Me: Iâ??ll miss you too After about 5 minutes of hugging and saying our goodbyes she left, and I went upstairs. I saw Michael standing by his bedroom window and I walk into his room to see what was going on. Me: hey Michaelâ?¦. Michael: Hey (Smiles) youâ??re awake! Me: Yeah I kno I have been for a little bitâ?¦I wished Peggy a safe tripâ?¦ Michael: ohâ?¦yeahâ?¦thatâ??s right she leftâ?¦. Me: yup Michael: u alright? Me: yeah Iâ??m fineâ?¦â?¦â?¦I c her about every other year so Iâ??m kinda used to it I felt Michael put his arms around me and he held me close Michael: youâ??ll be okay (he looked down at me) Me: (I looked up at him) He put his hands on the sides of my face, and he looked into my eyes and he started kissing me after about 7 minutes are faces parted and he looked down at me Michael: Merry Christmas sweetie Me: (Iâ??m smiling and biting my lower lip) Merry Christmas to you too Michael: (kisses me on the forehead) Go downstairs I have a surprise for you Me: really? Michael: yes now go downstairs Me: Can I have a hint? Michael: no Me: pwease!! Michael: Kelly go downstairs! (he started to smile) Me: Just a tiny hint! Michael: Kelly! Me: alright, alright Iâ??ll go Iâ??ll goâ?¦.jeeze ( I get up and head to his door) (I turn around again) Plz just a really, really small hint!! Michael: Go downstairs! Me: fine (so I go downstairs and I wait for Michael on the couch wondering what he got me) Michael comes downstairs after about 5 minutes and he walks up to me holding something behind his back Michael: Again Merry Christmas He pulls something out from behind his back To be continued
