What is love?

Prologue:

Assistant: Dr. Beauford, you have a caller on line one
Me: Put the caller through
Voice: Hello... Is this, Lisa?
Me: Yes (be hesitant) may I ask who's calling?
Voice: It's me... Michael!

The thoughts became clear to me now, I haven't talked to Michael since I 
graduated from high school. It's been a very long time, the feelings we had for 
each other were endless, we would talk on the phone for hours and end up falling 
asleep. Michael was the best boyfriend I ever had. I can't believe he found me 
this time, I have been hearing rumors that he has been trying to look for me since 
I graduated high school, it's amazing how he still talks the same.

Me: Is that really you? (I drop everything)
Michael: Of course silly, I've been trying to look for you (smiling)
Me: Well ( I fold my arms in disbelief) how did you find me?
Michael: I seen a commercial about you and I heard you are the best 
psychologist in all of California.
Me: Well ( I blush) you know ( I turn around at my wall and look at all the awards I 
have for being the best psychologist in all of California)
Michael: Yeah (chuckles) um, can I ask you a question? ( his voice gets softer)
Me: Sure (lean closer to hear every word)
Michael: Would you like to go out to lunch with me, you know to to to (he 
studders)
Me: To go to lunch with you? (I chuckle)
Michael: Yeah (chuckles nervously) that
Me: Of course

Michael and I talked for a while on the phone like old times, he was telling me he 
was married to his wife Debbie and how she's having a baby name Prince. It's 
good to see how Michael is doing so far in life. He deserves nothing but the 
world.
