Tough Love Part 96; Part 2
I havenâ??t typed in so long and now it feels like an addiction again :) but here goes!! I also meant to say that the things Jermaine was telling Lyric is the truth. I couldnâ??t make up the Jacksons background, so from the things Iâ??ve read, I put it in that part. The same with Michael when he told Lyric a little about their background in New York. Pretty cool, hunh :)? And another thing, I got that idea of pottery from the movie â??Ghostâ? with Demi Moore and Patrick Swayze :). ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Chapter 96; Part 2 Everyone Getting to Know About Me After a while, Michael asks, â??How was your day at the beach?â? â??Hunh?â? then I looked down at my bathing suit. â??Oh, I went to the public pool, Michael.â? â??All the same. Either way youâ??re in a bathing suit!â? he â??cutelyâ? says. â??Oh it went swellâ?¦how was your dayâ?¦at the store?â? â??Oh it went â??swellâ?? as well.â? Then he smiled, probably at his corny rhyme. â??I just got some more groceries.â? â??I thought we were stocked.â? â??You can go and check. But I was trying to hold us over until we leave.â? â??When will that be?â? â??I really donâ??t wanna tell.â? â??Why? So I wonâ??t be anticipating that date?â? I smile. â??Something like that,â? then he smiles. â??Plus I donâ??t want you to be worrying about that boyfriend of yours.â? I roll my eyes. â??Thereâ??s nothing wrong with M.J. He just knows how to give out good presents.â? Then I get up to go look in the kitchen. â??Your parents called too.â? â??Hmm,â? I grumble. â??I really donâ??t care. And if they were to call now, I wouldnâ??t answer.â? The phone rings. Damnit! â??Iâ??ll answer this time.â? â??Okay. Thatâ??s fine.â? I was looking through the refrigerator anyway! I couldnâ??t front; I was a little hungry. Michael answers the phone in the kitchen. â??Hello?â? when I noticed he hadnâ??t said anything for about ten seconds, but hadnâ??t hanged up, I turned around and saw Michael was frowning. I think I knew ALL TOO WELL about who that was. â??Yeahâ?¦sheâ??s right here.â? Michael hands me the phone as Iâ??m trying to determine if he was too upset. Then I point at the cordless phone so I could talk to J. in private. Once Michael hands me the phone, I go outside and walk towards the back of the beach house. â??Hey baby.â? I mustâ??ve been missing him A LOT again because when I call him that, Iâ??m usually depending on him to make me feel better. Plus itâ??s crazy to say that I was just desperate for Michaelâ??s attentionâ?¦.What the hell is wrong with ME?! â??Hey! I know I hadnâ??t talked to you in a day but I really missed you.â? â??I missed you too,â? then I bit my lip. â??How MUCH have you missed me? You wished I was there?â? â??â?¦Now I do. I wish you were holding me. I wish we were on a porch swing and you were holding me.â? â??Well we can do that at your house.â? I cross my arms in-front of me. â??All of that worrying. And it was JUST your brother I was talking to.â? When Michael realized I was telling the truth, he releases a big breath himself. â??Iâ??m sorry about that. I know we just talked about that.â? â??Un-huh,â? I nod and agree. â??But it hurts me more than in my pockets. It actually HURTS when it seems like youâ??re not having fun here. I just want you to know Iâ??m doing my best.â? â??Michaelâ?¦donâ??t worry about all of that. Iâ??m enjoying my stay here.â?
