I'm going to be using characters from the show Victorious on Nickelodeon. This is a mystery/drama sort of story. Only warning is mild language. -- “Cat! Cat! Focus! We only have a few days to finish this pain in the neck school project and you're doing nothing!” my friend, Tori yelled at me. I didn't mind. I was always day dreaming somewhere into space. We were at Tori's house, doing a project for school. It didn't really matter. I wasn't planning on helping her anyways. Weather really isn't my thing. “Caterina Valentine! Help me,” Tori moaned as she tapped her pencil against the Science book. I rolled my eyes, going over to the bed. “Let's just bail and go get ice cream.” “Uh-uh! You need to help me with this, we need to turn it in on Monday!” Tori informed. “That's 3 days away, Tor. We need to start shopping for prom,” I said. “Prom is next Friday, Cat. I mean, waiting a few days to-” “Finish the project? I can live with that,” I shrugged. “Now, let's go to the mall before it closes.” “I meant you can wait a few days until we go dress shopping,” Tori said, getting up from the bed. “But, I wanna impress.. you know who,” I said, raising an eyebrow. “Mike?” Tori asked, surprised. “No! Josh. I mean, why not?” I said. “He's just super cute.” “Um, so is Mike! Think I should ask him out?” Tori squealed, smiling. “What about for Prom?” I shrugged at my latin best friend. “Go for it.” She smiled, glancing at the project. “I think we *should* bail. Just for tonight.” “That's what I've been trying to tell you,” I informed. “C'mon. Let's hit the mall,” she said. -- I know that was a little bit, but it's just the beginning.
