Love is all that I can give *Part 1*
*1984* Me: D! It's your turn to take the shift! D: Too bad I'm still on my break! *continues to look at her magazine* Me: you said that 2 hours ago. D: So? It's not like anyone comes back here anyways! This diner is a goddamn ghost town it doesn't even matter anymore. Me: *rolls my eyes* Just as I was about to tell her off for the thousandth time, a group of people came into the room they looked every familiar, too familiar. They were all wearing glasses so it was sort of hard to catch who they truly were. I picked up about 6 or 7 menus and sat them on the table booth they all took up. The one with the heavier looking aviator sunglasses smiled at me, I smiled back and cleared my throat. Me: Um...let me know when you guys are ready. *looks over at D, her legs still prop'd on the table, rolls my eyes* Heavy Glasses: Alright we will. *flashes a smile, looks at my name tag* Jax. Me: *smiles and walks away* He knew my name...He knew my name. D: You have on your name tag idiot. Me: I knew that. *sits on a stool and takes out my book I was reading "Pride and Prejudice"* Heavy Glasses: *finally took his glasses off in fact they all did* Miss we're ready. Me: *turns around and walks back over, digs in my apron pocket* What can I get you gu-- When I looked up, there they were. The Jackson 5! Well it was actually six or them but, who cares. The Jacksons how about that. I looked at all of them trying to become one of those fangirls who end up freaking them out. I had to keep my composer some how but how damn it! How?! It's the Jacksons! In our diner! How can I not spaz?! I snapped out of it quickly, I wanted to impress them. Me: What would you guys like? Michael: We all want burgers with fries and chocolate shakes well I would like Strawberry. Me: Coming right up. *smiles and goes to the back* Order up. Make this one spiffy this is for some special guest. Maz(the cook): Who? Me: Just someone please just cook, now! *** A few hours later they finished. I noticed that D had fallen asleep with the magazine still on her face. Oh that D. I love D she's like my big sister but, sometimes she can just be too much if you catch my drift. Too much. I collected their plates. Michael: May we have the bill? Me: No charge. This one's on the house seeing you guys looked hungry. Jermaine: I don't know you guys look liked you guys worked so hard and the food was amazing an- Randy: Hey! The girl's giving us a free meal just take the offer! Jackie: Yeah! Michael: Fine, fine. Thank you Miss Jax. Me: Your welcome. *smiles* They got up and dusted themselves off. Michael was the last one to leave the room. He looked back at me and walked back over. Michael: Hey. I don't ask this much but, I was wondering if you would... Me: Yes..? Michael: Come to our Victory tour concert. *gives me a ticket and a backstage pass* Me: Oh gosh I--I can't pay for this. Michael: It's cool free of charge. Just a thank you for giving us a free meal. Me: You're welcome. Anytime truly. Michael: Great. The time and date is on there which clearly states it's tomorrow. So don't bring anyone just you know bring yourself. *winks at me* Me: Alright. *smiles and blushes* Goodbye Michael: Bye. *turns around and puts on his glasses, walking away to get back on the tour bus. It drives off* Oh my god. Michael Jackson just gave me a backstage pass and a ticket to his concert. THIS. IS. AMAZING. I've never felt so warm inside. Everyone says I never smile unless a guy I like comes by. God I can't wait. I truly can't. Event of a life time. TBC PS: This is what I (Jax looks like in the story. I wish I looked like her.
