*Lindsey *May 7th* Judge: Ok what seems to be the problem here? Chritstina's lawyer: Your honor my client would like to have full Custody of her daughter Starr Jackson without visitation from the father. Judge: i see and why? Christina's lawyer: well simply that fact that Mr.Jackson doesn't even care about his oldest daughter Starr. Michael: WAIT.! HOLD UP *stands up* Judge:order, now Mr,Jackson another out burst i will have you removed and give custody to Miss.Kelson . Michael:sorry... Michael's lawyer: your honor clearly my client obviously does care about his daughter he took her in when the mother told him that she couldn't take care of her.. Christina's lawyer: Christina was very depressed at that time with her mom dying and her being pregnant at 16.. Michael lawyer: still doesn't mean you should just drop your daughter off and not see her for 12 years.. Your honor Michael has been taking care of starr for 12 years think about how she would feel if we just take her away from what she's so use to.. Christina's Lawyer: if Michael really cared about Starr she wouldn't have wound up in the hospital.. Michael's Lawyer: she fell it was an accident... Christina's Lawyer: wouldn't have been an accident if Mr.Jackson would have just listened to her song she wrote but instead he played with his younger daughter gabrielle.. Judge:Thats enough.. thats enough for today see you guys back here tomorrow.. *gets up and leaves* (*Meanwhile at home*) Gaby: Do you want to play dolls? Me:No gabby.. Gaby:how about Dress Up..? Me: how about when dad gets home you go play with him because he seems to care about you more than he cares about me.. She gets and leaves crying but i didn't really care it was truth or at least the way i saw it my eyes. Katherine: Now whats going on Gaby's crying.. Me:when isn't she? *stares out the window* Katherine: i know you going through a lot at this time but Michael loves you a lot. Me:no he doesn't not anymore anyways ever since gaby came here he's just ignoring me, he never spends time with me anymore he promised me that he would take me to disney world but you know what he did instead, he went to a photoshoot with Danielle and Gaby and told me it was a family photoshoot. *starts crying* Katherine:Starr...i-i Me:Save it, i wished every night that my dad would be my dad again but it never comes true.. I didn't know Michael was by the door listening to the conversation he tried to make it seem like he didn't hear anything and just walked in... TBC...
