Scream - Part Six.

"Spotlights please!" The spotlight shined on me. "Row G seat 17... And row G seat 18..." the spotlight shined on Lina. "Row A seat 34... and row X seat 3. Scream for the finalists!" there was a load of screaming. "Now you will come on stage after my concert, when I'll be singing some of my latest songs and of course, Scream with Janet."

The concert started after he security guard blocked off the dancefloor.
"Say hello to Janet!!" and then they sang Scream.

Finally, it was time for the finalists to get on stage. I was very nervous because, I don't know if you remember when I was practising with Lina? I was terrible at singing! I got a bit better, but not much. What if Lina got the ticket with someone else?

The first girl to get on stage was Harriette, and she sang clearly but high-pitched.
Next was Andrew, who only looked about seven, and he sang so badly the judges ushered him off early.
I was convinced we'd have to win.
Lina was up next, singing beautifully, but she kept forgetting the lyrics!
I was next, but very too squeaky. I was so embarassed I had to say "Sorry about that. May I start again?". I did OK I guess...
We sat back down in shame, still convinced we were best (sort of, even if a little confidence slipped away.)

"The two to get the backstage passes are..."
