Scream - Part Two

The next day, Lina came round to my house and she said, "What tape are we doing today?" "I guess we'd better start practising for the concert," I replied. We'd worked out this pretty stupid plan. Well, you know, just in case. If we ever got a chance to get up on stage, well you need to know the moves, don't you? If we start dancing good to the songs, you never know, Michael might actually Notice Us.
"I'll do dance and you do singing today," Lina decided. Get up there and I'll put Leave Me Alone on the player.
"Leave me aloooooooooohhhoooohone-"
"Stop!"
"Why?" I asked, thinking I'd done pretty good. "OK, you dance and I sing. Put on Man In The Mirror."
I put on the tape player and Li (trust her!) sang beautifully in tune. I thought she was Michael for a minute, and one has to be pretty good to get someone to think that.
"So much disregard
A broken bottle top
And one man soul

I'm starting with the Man In The Mirror."
I danced perfectly to Scream.
"We got the right parts!"
"OK, good. I think we're ready."
