So close and yet so far.
I remember going to sleep to Michael's voice, as he sang "I'll Be There". I just knew he was singing to me.And often I'd sing along with many of his recordings! I'd wanted to meet him ever since I first heard his voice. He seemed like someone I would have fun and sing with! I and my brother moved to Oakland,California in November-December of 1971. I was 8.I had no Idea that I was in the same area as he. Much disappointed that I never met him. Michael will always be special to me!The world truely never saw his real value. I hope that the love and peace he so desired in life,that he has it now!He is worthy of it! Peace to his family. Rest in Peace Forever,Dearest Michael.
