Hold My Hand: Part 14
*Me again. I got a few more part to this story. I can't believe this one is actually almost over. Well, when this one is over...I'll work on one of my old stories :) Well, thanks to Tammi I will at least...and Lexa who might kill me if I don't lol Well, here the next part. I hope you all like it. This one is actually the longest part in this story...well, hope you enjoy :D member, using some of the Theme to POTCB but making it into my version. So, here we go! Enjoy <3 ~Mary Cait:3* *Reinaâ??s Point Of View* Well, I met back up with Jack. And some how Barbosa and them found a way to get to me and him. Barbosa came over to us. He looked at Michael annoyed. Barbosa: I donâ??t know how, but how in Davey Jones name did you ever get yourself off that island? Michael: *Leaning on the oar* Well, when you marooned me on that island, after stealing my ship, you forgot one little thing, Barbosa. Everyone looked at him as if he was crazy. Michael: Iâ??m Captain Michael Jackson. *Smiles* Barbosa: I wonâ??t be making that mistake EVER again. Perhaps you all know and remember Captain Michael Jackson. Everybody: Aye. Barbosa: And you also might remember, *Pulls me out from beside him* this child right here. Everybody: Aye, Captain. Barbosa: Kill them. *Starts walking off* Reina: My cousinâ??s blood didnâ??t work, did it? Barbosa: *To his crew* Hold your fire!*Turns around to me* Cousin? By any chance, would your father be Alfred Harris? Me: No. Barbosa: Where is his child then? Me: How should I know. Barbosa: *Growls**To Michael* You know whoâ??s blood we need? Me: *Looks at him* Michael: I knows who blood you need, Barbosa. I couldnâ??t believe Michael is really doing this! And just when I was starting to like him tooâ?¦ Mariahâ?¦please get Jermaine safe. -Back at the ship- *Mariahâ??s point of view* I sat under floor of the ship with Jermaine having him help me bandage my wounded hand up. I was just so scared for both Michael and Reina. Waitâ?¦why am I so worried about that pirate for? Jermaine: *Sees me looking out in space* Mariah? Me: *Comes back* Jermaine: Are you alright? Me: Yes. Iâ??m alright. Jermaine: You sure? Me: *Nods my head* Yes. Jermaine: If your worrying about your cousin, Iâ??m sure sheâ??s alright. Me: *Smiles* I know she isâ?¦ Just before Jermaine said anything, the ship made a sharp turn. We were thrown back. We ran up to the ship to see Barbosaâ??s ship gaining on us. Waitâ?¦if Barbosaâ??s ship is hereâ?¦then what happen to Reina and Michael? -Barbosaâ??s Ship- *Michaelâ??s Point Of View* Tuga. Barbosaâ??s first mate brought me and Reina to the brig. There was water on the floor. He opened the door and brought pushed us into there. As he was leaving, I told him: Me: I believe something as sprung a leak. *Turns to face Reina* Reina: *Arms crosses* Me: Now donâ??t give me that look. Reina: I canâ??t believe you gave away Jermaine! Me: I canâ??t believe it either. But I didâ?¦ Reina: And just when I was starting to like you. Me: That I know as well. Reina: Do you care for anyone else but yourself!? Me: Listen. If I didnâ??t care, I wouldnâ??t have kept you and your cousinâ??s little secret for as long as I did. And when that bullet shot you, I wouldnâ??t have saved you. And also, when I pushed Mariah over board to see if I could help her swim, when she started to sink. I wouldnâ??t have dived in that water and saved her. Also along with that, I wouldnâ??t have given her CPR. I would have let her die there on the spot. Now tell me I donâ??t think of anyone else but myself! Reina: *Silent* Me: I thought so. I walked over to the wall. I saw a small hole there and I peeked through it to see a barrel floating in the water. A barrel I knew from the ship Iâ??ve had since Port Royal. What in the world are they doing? I looked up from looked to see Reina crouched down on the floor. Iâ??m surprised sheâ??s not trying to get her clothes wet. I sighed and sat down with her. Me: Reina, Iâ??m sorry. Reina:â?¦ Me: I know, Iâ??ve been the worst Captain youâ??ve ever had. But, I made my promise, we found Mariah. And the men we know who are responsible for your motherâ??s death. Reina: I knowâ?¦ Me: You have to trust meâ?¦ Reina: And why in heavens name should I? Me: Sweetie, if you have forgotten. I got up and stood in front of her. I placed my left hand on my hip and my right hand on my sword. I smiled at her. Me: Iâ??m Captain Michael Jackson. I saw her smile some. She turned her attention to the hole in the wall. Reina: Is it meâ?¦or does it feel like the ship as gotten faster? Me: Your rightâ?¦ I went back to the hole to see we have gotten faster. But I also know what that means. Weâ??re in for a fight. Just as I started getting back up. The ship jerked violently. I went to the left, fell into the water holding on to the wall. Reina was just as me. She ended up on her knees holding onto the gate. What the devil!? Reina: Jacksonâ?¦whatâ??s going on!? Me: Looks like weâ??re in for a little pirate battle. Reina: What!? Me: No harm will come to you, Reina. I looked back to the hole only to come face to face with shooting cannons. When I heard one coming I ducked down. Reina screamed and curled into the corner of the wall in the sail. I went over to her and sheltered her. Holding onto her. Another blow when the wall next to the first hole. Reina screamed again and curled into my chest. I looked out the holes. That were in the side of my ship. MY SHIP! Me: *Growls* You all stop blowing damn holes in my ship! Reina: What are you more worried about? Holes in your bloody ship, or us getting out of this alive!? Me: Both! The cannon fire continued. How are we going to get out of this?! I was looking around for something that could help us out. I heard the gate opened. I turned around and saw Reina had opened the door. I smiled at her, grabbed her hand and we started out from the brig. Reina: Weâ??re sneaky like rats. Me: Indeed. But, *Shushes her* love, so we can be rats. As we were running. The ship shook. Reina: What was that? Me: Iâ??m not sure. *Finds the way out* This way. Reina: Okay. We made it back to the top of the ship to see it in complete cautious! I saw that the crowâ??s nest to the ship was what made the ship shook when it fell. Reina: Wellâ?¦we know what caused that. Jackson? *Looking around for me* I was on the railing. When I saw one of the people from the other crew on a rope coming over, I grabbed the rope and he went flying on the deck. Me: Thanks very much. I got ready to swing backâ?¦but then I remembered I was forgetting someone. I looked back to see Reina looking for me. I took the rope and made my way over to her. I grabbed her hand. And with fast reflex, she brought her arm back and punched me right in the face. I stumbled back. She saw it was me and covered her face. Reina: Iâ??m so, so, so, SO sorry, Jackson. Me: *Rubbing my face* Itâ??s alright. Now, *Grabs her hand again* Come on. We made it to the railing again. I told her to get on my back and hang on tight. She did as she was told. I got ready again, and as the gun and cannon fire was going on, I jumped off holding the rope and me and Reina were swinging. We got to the ship, but if forgot the let go, and when I did the next time. But also, Reina knocked off one person that was going to shoot Mr. Wilson. We both landed on the ship. Mr. Wilson: Michael! Reina! I took out his rum bag and handed it to him. Me: Empty mate. Reina and I ran over to where we saw Mariah fighting two of Barbosaâ??s crew members. She punched the other one in the face. But the other one grabbed hold of her and was about to bring his sword down on her when I felt Reina take my sword from itâ??s holder and meet up with his before it could harm her. Man: *Looks at us* Reina: *Holding her sword to his* Me: Now, mate, thatâ??s not very nice going up against a women. Mariah: *Punches him in the face* Reina&I: *Pushes him over board* All three of us took cover just as another blow was shot. Reina sat behind Mariah, but it didnâ??t last long when another member of the Pearl came at us. She stopped him and started fighting leaving me and Mariah alone. As I was holding her. I had to tell her this. Me: Mariah, whereâ??s your necklace? Mariah: Bastard! *Goes to slap me* Me: *Grabs her hand* But, a better question, my dear Mariah, is: Where is young Jermaine? Mariah: Jermaineâ?¦what do you want with him? Me: Lets just say. Heâ??s the person they wanted. And not you. She looked to the deck. Mariah: Jermaine! She ran from me and to the doors leading to the brig. She started trying to open it up. I tried to see if any one had the necklace. Reina: *Sees the Monkey with the necklace* Jackson! Me: *Looks at her**Sees where sheâ??s pointing**Sees the monkey with the necklace* Monkey! I started going after it. I fallowed it to this board the others used to get across to the other ship. I stopped in my tracks when I saw Barbosaâ??s boots in front of my face. I looked up. And sure enough, he was standing there in front of me smirking. That stupid monkey on his shoulder. Barbosa: Thank ye Jack. Your so kind. Me: *Thinking he means me* Youâ??re very much welcomeâ?¦ Barbosa: Oh, you think I mean you? No, we named the monkey â??Jackâ?. Right after your last name, Jackson. Me: Iâ??m flattered. Barbosa: Ayyyeee. *To his crew* Mates! Our hope as be restored. I just stood there. Just like that, they had all of us on their ship. Piplet was going around telling them if they say the word that allows no one to not hurt the person who said it, they would get killed. Mariah got out of the bind she was in. I almost forgotten how skinny she is actually. Jackson, donâ??t think about that in this moment! She ran started to run over to Barbosaâ?¦but she was stopped in her tracks when the ship we were just on exploded. Then I rememberedâ?¦Jermaine was on that ship. Mariah ran over to Barbosa and started hitting him. He turned around and grabbed her. He best get his hands off her. I went for my sword, only to find out itâ??s not there. Then I remembered that Reina had my sword when they brought us here. I looked back at Barbosa who had thrown Mariah to his crew members. I know what they had in mind. The way they were grabbing at her. I looked to see Jermaine climbing up on the ship. When he finally stopped, he called out to Barbosa. Causing everyone to stop what they were doing to look at him. I saw Reina and Mariah smile. He jumped down and grabbed hold of a gun. He pointed towards Barbosa. Jermaine: Iâ??ll say this, and Iâ??ll say this only! She goes free, Barbosa! Barbosa: Boy, whatâ??s be going on in your head? Jermaine: That youâ??ll release Mariah! Barbosa: Iâ??ll tell ye this, lad. You hold a gun that only has one shot. One shot, and a little thing about me and me crew. We canâ??t die. Me: *To him**So only he can hear* Jermaine. Donâ??t do anything stupidâ?¦ Jermaine: *Sees a idea look on his face**Jumps on the railing* You canâ??t, Barbosa. I know that. But, *Points the gun to him* I can. Mariah&Reina: No! Me: I tell him not to do anything stupid. And he does something stupid like thatâ?¦ Barbosa: Tell me boy, who are you? I went over to Barbosa and started lying to save Jermaine. Me: Oh, donâ??t worry about him. Just a distant cousin of my fatherâ??s fathersâ?? nephewâ?¦I believe he is twice remove or maybe three. He has a lovely singing voice though. Runs in the family I guess. Jermaine: *Still holding the gun to him* Barbosa, my name is Jermaine Harris. I am the only child to Alfred â??Red Gunâ? Harris. My fatherâ??s blood runs right through my veins. So if you donâ??t want me to die, and you all never get rid of the curse that is brought upon you, do as I say or I pull this trigger and end everything. I rolled my eyes. He wad buying it for a minute thereâ?¦if Jermaine had kept his mouth shut long enough. Barbosa did something I never thought he do. He agreed to Jermaineâ??s terms. He mention setting Mariah free. Which he said about 10 times before this all started, maybe not 10...but you all know what I mean. at least I hope some does. Jermaine: And I want Reina, Mariahâ??s cousin, to go free. The one who you shot in the chest! Barbosa: I believe I know who she is. Anything else? Jermaine: And I want you to promise that youâ??ll release the crew, and nothing will happen to them. Or Reina! I couldnâ??t believe itâ?¦he left me out! Barbosa agreed to it. But things took a turn for the worst. And I mean for the worst. They paced Mariah on the plank. TO Be Continued *See what I mean by LONGEST part? O_O. Well, I got like a few more parts to post. Maybe I'll make a another season to this...that's up to you guys when this story is over. But not till some of my other stories are finished. So, till then...BYE =3*
