Michael: *smiles* You sure?
Me: Positive.

I grabbed the shot gun from the back and stepped out of the car.

Justin: Ah, thereâ??s your pretty little girl.
Michael: Looks like I didnâ??t kill you. Would you like me to do 
that now?
Me: You could join your pretty little partner.
Justin: Hmm, so your girl has an attitude too, ah?
Michael: For once, she does.
Me: *chuckles* Donâ??t act surprised, baby.

-Michaelâ??s POV-

I looked at her slightly and smiled. Sheâ??s doing perfectly.

Me: *looks back towards the cops* Now, there are two ways we 
could do this. The easy way or the hard way. Your pick.
Jamie: Either way, youâ??re dead.
Justin: Well, you two may be mistaken. Either way, YOUâ??RE dead. 
*pulls the trigger*
Me: Jamie!

I leaned down and gripped her arm, feeling the blood run down it.

Me: *looks at them* Take me. Just donâ??t hurt her.
Jamie: Michael, donâ??t. Please.
Me: *kisses her softly* Iâ??ll return soon. I promise.

-My POV-

I looked up at him solemnly and nodded.

Michael: *smiles*
Justin: *grabs his arms and puts them behind his back* *cuffs 
him* 
Michael: Iâ??ll come back for you. I promise.

Then, I was left there with the blood pooling from my arm.

-At a local hospital-

Nurse: Youâ??re lucky you got here in time. You wouldâ??ve probably 
passed out by now from blood loss.
Me: I guess Iâ??m just lucky.

-4 months later, at the hotel-

I sat at the piano, singing quietly as my hands moved across the 
keys.

I stopped, sighing and looking at the calendar. Itâ??s been 4 
months. I canâ??t take it anymore.

I have to get him back.
