*Hereâ??s part 4. Hope you like it. This goes to my sissy, bubba, and Kelly and Samone and also Jay-Jay. Thanks for liking my story.* Me and Lisa was at the doctors for Caylin. Sheâ??s been falling lately. I thought it was something she was doing to be cute. But when she almost fell off the steps at homeâ?¦I knew something wasnâ??t right with my niece. Lisa sat holding Caylin on her lap while I was sitting in the chair next to them. Caylin found her little hand on my index finger and placed it in her mouth. I had to laugh at her. (Me):*laughing* â??hey, Caylin, you donâ??t know where thatâ??s been. Give Unky Mickey back his finger.â? (Caylin):*letâ??s go of my hand and puts her fist in her mouth* (Lisa Marie): â??she sure does love to have something with her mouth doesnâ??t she?â? (Me): â??yeah.â? It was about 5 minutes later when the doctor came into the room. He didnâ??t look so happy. And I didnâ??t like when a doctor doesnâ??t look so happy. I learned the hard way last year when Caylin was born when I lost her mother. He looked at Caylin and he looked like he was on the break of tears. Now, I know somethingâ??s wrong. I gulped and made myself listen to the news. (Doctor): â??Hello Mr. and Mrs. Jackson, Iâ??m Dr. Glenn. And I wish very much that I had good news for you. (Lisa Marie): â??whatâ??s wrong with Caylin, Dr. Glenn?â? (Dr. Glenn):*puts up the x-ray of Caylinâ??s head*â??well, you see Mrs. Jackson, Caylin has a disease that is very rare. Itâ??s called Monika(I just made it up). And itâ??s normally use to infect the why they walkâ?¦but itâ??s infecting your nieceâ??s brain function. Because sheâ??s so small itâ??s excually making it harder for her do the things she sappose to do at her age. But, there is some sides effects to this. Itâ??s causing preasure on her brain and itâ??s interfering with the blood vains in her brain. If we donâ??t find away to deal with thisâ?¦she may not make it till next month.â? (Me): â??this canâ??t be.â? (Lisa):*crying* â??is there a way we can save her?â? (Dr. Glenn): â??weâ??re not sure. But, weâ??re noting going to let this happen to her like it did to my Little Rosanne.â? (Lisa): â??Little Rosanne?â? (Dr. Glenn): â??my daughter got this when she was only 7...I didnâ??t know what to do because it was a new kind of illness none of us doctors have ever heard aboutâ?¦she the only thing I had to do was watch my little girl dieâ?¦everydayâ?¦till it was too late to try and save her. Iâ??m not letting your niece die like my daughter did. Iâ??ll fight to try and find a way to save her life. Now, Iâ??ll call you when I find a way. You can go home now.â? (Lisa): â??thank you.â? (Me): â??Iâ??m sorry for your daughter, Dr. Glenn.â? (Dr. Glenn): â??thank you. She loved your song â??Man In The Mirrorâ??.â? (Me): â??thanks for telling me that.â? Me and Lisa drove home in the limo in silent. How could this happen to my niece? Sheâ??s so sweet and innocentâ?¦I looked at Lisa who had started crying again. I rested my hand on my forehead and closed my eyesâ?¦this is the only way I know that I can stop myself from crying. The only problem is how are we going to tell Maria. We got home to see Maria and her friends playing around by the pool. Samone, Jay-Jay, David, and Kelly. Their very good kids. They treat Caylin as a little sister. And I canâ??t tell you countless of times Maria had to stop Kelly, Samone, and Jay-Jay before they left with Caylin in their arms. And David is very protective of Maria and Caylin. Like a big brother. I saw David grab Maria and throw her in the pool. She came up for air and spit the water of her mouth. Me and Lisa laughed and went inside with Caylin. While weâ??re inside letâ??s see what they were doing when we went inside. (Maria):*yelling* â??THAT WASNâ??T FUNNY, DAVID!!!â? (David): â??it kind of was.â? (Jay-Jay): â??Dave, leave Maria alone. She has to worry already about little Caylin being sick. I donâ??t think she need to worry about you drowning her in the pool.â? (Kelly): yeah, David. She doesnâ??t need that.â? (Samone): â??man, I hope Little Caylinâ??s alright.â? (David): â??me, too, sheâ??s so little. Man, I hope nothing really bad is happening to her.â? (Maria):*getting out of the pool* â??guys, I know sheâ??ll be alright. My aunt and uncle just brought her here. And they were laughing. So, she must be okay.â? (Samone): â??or, they saw David throw you in the pool. And thought that was funny.â? (Maria): â??you know what I wanna do, Samone?â? (Samone): â??what?â? (Maria): â??thisâ?¦*pushes Samone in the water*whoâ??s Bad now, Samone!?â? (Samone):*comes up for air. Yelling* â??OH, YOU WANNA BE STARTINâ?? SOMETHINâ??, NOW DONâ??T YOU!!!?â? (Maria): â??bring it on, Samone. Bring it!!!â? Samone got out and started chasing Maria around. They got waterguns and started squirting each other with them. Maria went to hit Samone but she dogged and it hit Kelly. (Kelly): â??oh, itâ??s on now, sweetie!â?*get a bucket full of water and tries to throw it on Maria but she ducks and it hits Jay-Jay sitting in the sun chair* â??sorry, jay.â? (Jay-Jay): â??your gonna be, Kell.â? So manly everyone was chasing and getting each other wet. I had to figure out how to do this. How am I and Lisa going to tell Maria and her friends the news? I called them all in the house. When they were in I told them to change back into their clothes. When they did me and Lisa sat them down at the table. And Caylin was in her play pen in the Living room watching TV. I sighed. (Maria): â??whatâ??s wrong?â? (Samone): â??yeah, why do you 2 look so sad.â? (David): â??Lisa, have you been crying? Your eyes are so red.â? (Kelly&Jay-Jay): â??câ??monâ?¦tell us whatâ??s going on?â? I looked at Lisa and she looked at me then we looked back to the kids. (Me): â??its about, Caylin.â? (Maria):*panicking* â??whatâ??s wrong with her? Whatâ??s wrong with my little cousinâ?¦is she that sickâ?¦tell meâ?¦please!â? (Lisa): â??baby, calm down.â? (Maria): â??how can I calm down when thereâ??s something wrong with my baby cousin!!!?â? (Samone): â??their right, Maria. Calm down.â? (Kelly): â??let them tell us whatâ??s wrong with her.â? (Maria): â??alright.â? (David): â??whatâ??s wrong?â? (Jay-Jay): â??please tell me itâ??s nothing that bad, Michael and Lisa.â? (Me): â??I wish it was, Jay-Jay. I wish it wasnâ??t bad. But, it is. You see Caylin has a illness in her brain called, Monika, itâ??s infecting her brain function. And itâ??s causing problems for her brainâ?¦itâ??s pushing on her blood vains. And if we donâ??t get a call from the doctors soonâ?¦she might not make to next month.*sees their all about to break down crying* Iâ??m sorry guys. Iâ??m very sorry.â? Maria got up and ran to her cousin. She hugged her with all her might. (Maria):*crying burying her face into Caylinâ??s hair* â??this isnâ??t happening to meâ?¦I donâ??t want to lose you, Caylinâ?¦I love you so muchâ?¦donâ??t leave me pleaseâ?¦I love youâ?¦so much.â? That almost broke me downâ?¦she loves her so muchâ?¦when I saw kelly, samone, JayJay, and David crying and Lisaâ?¦my tears fell aswell. Please Godâ?¦donâ??t take her from meâ?¦please. 2 weeks later I was in the living room with Caylin who was trying to talk. (Me): â??Can you say: Uncky Mickey?â? (Caylin): â??unky Mickey.â? (Me): â??good girl.â? Just as I said that the phone. I got up and answered it. And it was Dr. Glenn. (Me): â??hello, Dr. Glenn, no, no, no, Caylinâ??s fine. Just trying to see if she can say somethings.â? (Dr. Glenn): â??well, Iâ??ll be saying a few things for you.â? (Me): â??what do you mean?â? (Dr. Glenn): â??weâ??ve found the way to save, Caylin.â? Whatâ?¦they found a way to save herâ?¦I canâ??t believe it. (Dr. Glenn): â??now, you need to came next week. And bring Lisa with you and Caylinâ?¦and Iâ??ll tell you both what to do.â? (Me): â??thank you.â? I hung up with the biggest smile on my face. I went down to my little niece. (Caylin): â??uncky Mickeyâ?¦â? (Me): â??yes, baby?â? (Caylin): â??me ove ou.â?
