Unexpected pt. 3

I'm really happy that you guys are enjoying the story!

When I finally fell asleep, I was woken up by the doorbell.

Michael: I'll get it!
Me: (Sits up) Yeah, okay
Michael: (Opens door) Hello?
???: Hello
Michael: Um, can I help you?
???: (Walks in)
Me: Who's there?
???: Me
Me: (Looks over) Oh hi Cry-
Crystal: (Slaps me)
Me: (Yells) OW!
Michael: Get out!
Crystal: Whatever
Me: What was that about?
Crystal: (Slams door behind her)
Michael: I don't know!
Me: God! She slapped me HARD!
Michael: (Sits down) Are you okay?
Me: Yeah

We just started to stare in to each others eyes for a few minutes. Then, he leaned in to kiss me. I felt ready, but I sort of just paused. After a few seconds, Michael realized that he was just sitting there with his lips puckered like an idiot. He opened his eyes and shifted uncomfortably.

Me: Oh, I'm sorry! I just.... um....
Michael: (Gets up) Don't worry about it
Me: (Thinks) 'I'm such a jerk'
Michael: (Walks up the stairs)

I felt really bad for putting Michael on the spot like that. Leave it to me to embarrass myself in front of a pop sensation. When I walked upstairs, I saw Michael laying on the bed.

Me: (Sits down) I'm really sorry, Michael
Michael: It's okay
Me: No, it's not. I should of told you that I wasn't quite ready
Michael: I know how you feel
Me: No you don't
Michael: Yeah, you're right. I don't
Me: (Smiles at him)
Michael: (Smiles back)

Then, when he leaned in for the second time, our lips finally met. As soon as I started kissing him, I felt like nothing else mattered; like we were the only two people there.

Both: (Pulls away)
Me: (Walks out) 
Michael: (Smiles)

I felt like the luckiest girl in the world. I didn't really think that it would be that magical. It felt like the best day of my life.
